King sized bed with brand new memory foam mattress in private bedroom plus a pull out queen sized sofa sleeper in living room. You'll fall in love with the huge indoor hot tub/jacuzzi for two! Soak by winter firelight or watch the big screen Tv. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax after all the Gatlinburg fun and excitement. Mini kitchen with everything you need for a quick meal or in room coffee, if you don’t walk over to the fabulous pancake houses. Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, lovely views.

I asked my husband to help me write my review & his response was “it was wonderful!” We loved it here. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg, it was very clean & homey. I loved all the attention to the decorative detail. The hot tub was a perfect addition considering all the steps you put in walking the strip! Would stay here again!

Lovely condo stocked with all the necessities. Coffee bar was stocked with plenty of items for our short trip. Easy walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg!

Anniversary trip

This little get away stay was nothing short of an amazing place to stay. It was very comfy, cozy and clean. The bed was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone taking a anniversary trip. Close to downtown was nice we didnt have to find parking.

The room was exactly as pictured. It was cute and clean. We could walk to downtown easily, but it is a walk. This property is off the lower end of the parkway closest to Anakeesta. I

Perfect location!

This is the perfect location for walking anywhere in Gatlinburg. Extremely clean and looks just like the pictures. We did for some reason think we may have a balcony but we did not…which was not a disappointment but just wanted to make that clear because the pictures and location give off a balcony vibe. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

We liked that it was fresh and modern, very clean and tidy. The walking distance to attractions was fantastic. There was a little creek that you walked along. The couch was new and very comfortable to sleep on without having to pull out the bed. Bedroom was nice and the mattress was awesome! The bathroom was roomy and had a great shower head. The only thing that we didn't like was the view from the window, it was directly in front of the elevator and there was only concrete wall to see when sitting on the couch. Besides that we loved it!
