The BEST location on the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. No where else can you find a condo like this so close on the parkway. Views of the attractions, mountains, and the strip can be yours.

Park your car and walk to all the local attractions; no need to find and pay for parking.

Take in shopping, moonshine tastings, or take the tram to the ski lodge. Convenient location in walking distance to the convention center and lots more!

Our home is 500 sq feet with a large bedroom (no door), and kitchen/living room. For the location and price this condo cannot be beat. We are 1 of 2 1 bedrooms in this complex. No need to pay the higher price of the 2 bedroom if you’re coming with a smaller family.

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.

This condo is in a great location for walking through town or taking a walk into GSMNP! We had covered parking and easy access to the unit. Alicia was prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfectly stocked for us. It is a cozy place, so was perfect for just one couple. One note I would add is that while we were there (off season), the elevator to the street was not working, so the walk back to the condo was quite steep. If anyone had any mobility issues, it would be difficult. We appreciated the extra steps to work off all the food and beverages we'd partaken in!

This is a great location for almost everything that there is to do in Gatlingburg. The hill up is not pleasant but we had a good leg workout each day!!! Love that it was so close to the convention center. Loved that we woke up to a black bear off in the backyard. ***Don’t feed the bears!!!*** The host is super attentive and responded quickly.

We were in town for the Gaither Homecoming Festival. We were right next door to the convention center. Close to shops, restaurants, and the center.

We had a nice stay here for our trip. The unit was clean. Had everything we needed. It was convenient to town. We walked everywhere. The only thing is the steep hill to walk up each time we came back. Just be aware of that if you have any issues. I only gave a 1 star on pool utilities because it wouldn't let me skip it & we never saw it. Also, i do wish the fireplace would have been hotter when its so cold. The glass blocked a lot. It does get warmer after a while. We would stay here again.

Great Location

The location is in easy walking distance of both the park and downtown Gatlinburg. Layout seems a little odd at first with a tub next to the bed, but boy did those jets feel good after a day of hiking! We would definitely stay again.

We had a great time in this condo! Awesome location, we parked the car the day we got there and didn’t get back in it until the day we left. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning was very relaxing too! Would definitely stay here again!
