Nice property

Very nice location. Clean and well maintained house. Very comfortable beds. Missing some basic amenities like a toaster but we survived. Just very nice to have the space to visit with family and friends in a peaceful location.

Perfect Stay

We travel multiple times a year and this was the best rental we have ever had. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool was great addition for the kids. The owner had plenty of pool items and towels, thought of everything.

Last sorority parents weekend

Perfect place to join our daughter’s for our last KD parents weekend! The home is well stocked, beds are comfortable and clean. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Only wish it had been warm enough to use the beautiful pool and deck.

Quick visit and great place to stay

We were in town visiting friends with family. There were multiple adults and we had a dog. The property is exactly as advertised. It is beautiful with white linens and it was extremely clean. We didn't spend time at the pool because we were visiting with friends, and it was rainy outside, but the pool area looked very nice and the property owner had just recently improved the deck. The only minor downside that I can think of is one of the rooms is on the opposite side of the house and not directly adjacent to the bathrooms, but not a big issue for our group. We would definitely look into staying at this house again if a group of us was traveling to the area.

We had a great time! The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the property is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood and very quiet. I would recommend Southern Splash!

This property was very clean and very spacious. The pool was awesome as one could tell it was well kept. Along with the pool the host provided plenty of pool towels (though it took some hunting to find where they were) along with life vests, arm inflatables for little ones, two big "inner tubes," chairs around the pool and umbrellas. The screen porch overlooking the pool was great. Having three bedrooms, plus the pull down bed in the rec room allows for plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was ok and could really use some upgrading, but was very clean. There is no doubt we would stay here again, especially for the pool.
