Great 4th of July stay for our party of 4. Walking distance to the office check in area and the Starbucks and ice cream shop. We had family staying in a different area, so we rented a golf cart which was convenient for getting around within the gates. The pool is within walking distance and was not crowded. The photos shown are old or not for this unit (in a good way). The unit had an upgraded kitchen, appliances and lots of beachy touches. Morning coffee on the back porch was relaxing. Everything was clean and the beds and couches were comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. They even helped us in a pinch when we locked ourselves out. I would recommend.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that you and your group had such a great 4th of July stay. It sounds like you were able to enjoy many of the conveniences the community has to offer, from the nearby shops and pool to exploring the resort by golf cart. We're especially happy to hear that you enjoyed the updated kitchen, beach-inspired touches, comfortable furnishings, and relaxing mornings on the back porch. Creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests is very important to us. We're also glad we could help when you found yourselves locked out—those moments happen, and we're always happy to assist when we can. Thank you for recommending our home, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you and your family back for another stay!

Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while.
