Imagine coming to Lake Fork and parking your boat in an attached carport with easy access to plug in, with easy access to nearby ramp which is within walking distance. Then, after a great day of bass fishing, settle in and relax at the nearby restaurant that is literally steps from your front door, or grill burgers, or soak in the hot tub. All of this inside the largest marina on the lake.

House review

The property was ok needs better cleaning closets were dirty around the edges. The extra bed in the queen bedroom was broken. Dishes that had been put away by prior people were left dirty and never checked. Remotes were missing in bedroom. Yard could use some cleaning rusty what looked to be garden trim in the ground was broken and stuck up making it a major tripping hazard several of us tripped over it. Broken window in back of the house and some trash. However on the good side hot tub was nice, game room was winderful. Nice large queen master with bathroom, nice living room and dining area and washer and dryer were good.
