Luxury Apartment A1 With Swimming Pool, Whirlpool And Sea View

Apartment AP1 is located only 200 m above the beach in quiet environment with breathtaking view on the Adriatic sea and island Brač. AP1 has maximum capacity for 4 person. It has a bedroom for 2 adult persons (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed for child) with an outlet to the balcony, a bathroom, a kitchen with dinning area and a living room where is an sofa with possibility to open for 2 adult or 2 children. From living room there is an outlet to the balcony with breathtaking sea view on island of Brač and our beautiful coast.

There is your private parking space in front of property. Apartment is equipped with air condition, satellite TV and if you like to make your own lunch/dinner, there is an outside grill.
You have your own spot at sun deck by the swimming pool, for next summer we offer
also outside Jacuzzi, you can freely use the gym which is located at the ground floor.
On the ground floor is a washing machine and can be used for a small fee of 4 Eur.
We (owners) live on a first floor of the property and will be more than glad to assist you with anything you need.
Reservation of my apartment we perform each day at week, the 7 night is minimum for stay in main season (July and August).
Before and after main season minimum stay is 3 nights.
The beach is only 200 m away, restaurant is 250 m far from property and market is far about 1000 m.
Lokva Rogoznica is a small village located 10-kilometers from the town of Omiš following the main road to Makarska. The local population engages in cattle breeding, fishery, agriculture and winegrowing. Lokva Rogoznica is situated at the foot of the mountain and provides the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. Above the main road is an old village made up of antique stone houses which has become a favorite picnic destination. Along the coast there are beautiful sand and pebble beaches with a clear sea and partly protected with pine trees under which you can enjoy the shade.

Amazing location, loved this place

Gracious host of this lovely seaside villa. Bed was comfy and location was quiet. Well equipped, but would recommend a couple of upgrades - like hooks for towels in bathroom, maybe couple extra towels for beach and a spatula for flipping eggs. Small items but will improve the stay. Still rate the place 10 out of 10!!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei einem Top- Gastgeber

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub, den wir sicherlich schnellstmöglich wiederholen werden. Der Gastgeber Grgo ist sehr freundlich. Er wohnt im gleichen Gebäude und ist somit schnell erreichbar, sollte doch mal etwas zu klären sein. Aber er ist absolut nicht aufdringlich- wir haben uns bei ihm unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist super sauber, kein Dreck, nichts wirkte verwohnt. Die Zimmer Aufteilung war für uns als 4 köpfige Familie optimal. Unsere Kinder schliefen im Wohnzimmer und wir im Schlafzimmer. Beide Räume verfügen über einen Balkon, sodass niemand von uns zu kurz kam. Auch der hauseigene Pool und Whirlpool waren äußert gepflegt und der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig. Direkt unterhalb der Straße ist dann auch schon der Strand, mit Pinien und glasklarem Wasser. Trotz Ferienzeit war er nie überfüllt. Bei der Straße ist nur zu beachten dass sie sehr steil ist. Am ersten Tag waren wir mit Bollerwagen unterwegs, das wurde dann zur echten Herausforderung und wir haben daraufhin auf ihn verzichtet. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: das war ein echter Traumurlaub, den wir so schnell nickt vergessen werden! Wir kommen gerne wieder, Grgo!

Sehr schöne und familienfreundliche Unterkunft!

Wir haben zu viert Urlaub gemacht in Grgo's Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen waren sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Auf den Bildern wirkte unsere Wohnung etwas größer als sie war. Aber wir hatten trotzdem genug Platz. Das Einzige was mich etwas gestört hat war die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, auf der einen Seite war sie etwas zu hart. Alle anderen Schlafplätze waren sehr bequem. Der Pool ist auf jeden Fall das Highlight! Eigene Liegen, Blick auf's Meer. Ein Traum! Unsere Kinder haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, wir hatten nie das Gefühl, dass sich jemand gestört fühlt wenn stundenlang im Pool geplanscht wurde. Grgo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er hat jederzeit geholfen, Fragen beantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. 😊 Danke für den super Kleber der unseren Schuh gerettet hat 😉 Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön! Direkt unten an der Straße kommt man zu Stränden und kann sich ein Plätzchen suchen. Anfang Juli war es noch nicht zu voll. Ein Auto braucht man auf jeden Fall damit man zu den schönen Örtchen am Meer oder in den Bergen kommt. Wir empfehlen den Nationalpark Krka, die Wanderung zur Festung bei Omis und das Örtchen Mimice, sowie das Restaurant Konoba Tadici in den Bergen (20 Minuten Fahrt). Der Strand Mala Luka ist traumhaft auch wenn man dort fürs parken zahlen muss. Super schön! Auf jeden Fall sollte man ein Polster für den Strand haben, die Steine sind auf Dauer doch sehr hart. Vielen Dank Grgo! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

**EMPFEHLENSWERT**

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser FeWo und der Blick vom Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der Vermieter ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber, sowohl in der Wohnung wie auf dem Grundstück. Die festen Liegen am Pool fanden wir sehr von Vorteil. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig aber nicht weit weg von der Stadt. Nach einer Woche wurde uns vom Vermieter angeboten die Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Der Vermieter ist aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es jeden nur weiter empfehlen. Auch der Strand in der Nähe mit Beachbar ist ideal wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen will. Wenn man entspannte schöne Tage verbringen will, ist das die ideale Unterkunft. Vielen Dank nochmal an den Vermieter!!!

Wunderschöne Tage in Dalmatien

Eine toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Adria und einem Pool zum erfrischen. Der Vermieter Grgo ist sehr nett,hilfsbereit und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Lage ist auch ideal,um verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten in Dalmatien anzuschauen. Einfach ein paar tolle Tage dort verbracht.

Einfach perfekt!!!

Eine schöne, moderne, saubere und gemütliche Wohnung mit einem Blick aufs Meer. Eigener Parkplatz, toller vom Vermittler gepflegter Pool. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, und unsere Tochter war aus dem Pool kaum herauszubekommen. Alles im Detail durchgedacht und perfekt umgesetzt. Definitv Empfehlenswert!!!
