The neighborhood itself is extremely safe and our home is located directly across the street from the police station.

Our home is also a couple hundred yards from Rainbow Park which has basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and a skate park.

Next to that is the Silverthorne Rec Center which has several large fitness spaces as well as an indoor waterslide and multiple indoor pools for kids.

Our home is also 50 yards from the Blue River and private river access for gold medal fly fishing exclusive to our development.

Along the river you will also find the Blue River trail which allows you to go countless miles in either direction on bike or foot. Cross the foot bridge over the Blue River to the Silverthorne Town Center for restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping.

Spring Ski Weekend

Great townhome! Convenient location and the complex is new. Everything was clean, new and the inside was decorated very nice (really liked the grizzly bear art piece in the dining area) The townhome worked well for three friends allowing everyone to have their own room with a king size bed with memory foam mattresses. We liked parking in the heated garage and leaving all ski gear there to dry out overnight. We were able to walk to some restaurants. I highly recommend!

New place in a great location

A group of 7 stayed two nights here. The place was nice and new with a great kitchen and bedrooms. Location is close to nearby restaurants and shops and only 15 minutes away from the Keystone Mountain.

Silverthorne Stay

Property is within walking distance of almost everything! We loved staying here! Property was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Check in/check out process was extremely easy. I would definitely stay here again!
