This beautiful beach front condominium has 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bathrooms, new kitchen featuring brand new appliances.. Cable tv, WIFI, Air-conditioning, washer/dryer unit inside the condo. Garage parking spot is included. Building offers many amenities, including direct beach access, ocean facing pool, gym, etc. Many restaurants, shops, sightseeing spots, event venues are within walking distance.
Please note: currently the pool is under construction, scheduled to be re-open in March 2024.
