Apartment was very beautiful and clean. Beautiful beach views from the balcony from both bedrooms and the living room. Sometimes long waits for the elevators. Second bathroom water from sink and shower did not get hot or even warm. Listing made valet seem optional, however when we arrived we dint not have an option to park our vehicle ourselves or choose valet, so we had to use valet which came with a hefty fee for the week. The resort fee is very expensive to be able to use the pool, jacuzzi and gym areas, the arcade is extra (none of which we used), maybe they could be considered as an add of for people at some point in ahead of everyone even if they don’t use it. The resort wrist band that we had to wear gets we from the beach or showering and it sits wet on the wrist, it would be nice if maybe with technology that same thing could be done with our phones instead of wearing something we can’t take off. The check in process took about 45 minutes because the resort did not have my reservation information, therefore there was a delay of almost an hour for my check in. The location is in a great place, close to shopping areas, the beach and highway leading to Miami and Fort Lauderdale. This was a perfect location and I enjoyed the apartment very much.
