The host was very welcoming! She gave me instructions a couple days before the stay. Got things for us ready so that it would be ready for our baby. Over all a great experience.
We enjoyed our stay and the host responded quickly to any questions. The unit was well decorated and clean. There is limited seating in the downstairs living area but two couches in the upstairs living area which surprised me. The 2 1/2 bathrooms was nice.
My husband, myself, and our 2 dogs are traveling across the country and were lucky enough to stay for a week in Courtney’s beautiful home. She is a delightful host who works hard to make her home very welcoming. She has labeled everything, which makes such a difference when you are exhausted and trying to find a light switch!!! The neighborhood is extremely safe AND QUIET! Beautiful atmosphere and environment. If we ever visit the area. We would love to stay again!!
Beautiful, Cozy, Comfortable, Clean, and New feeling!
Wow, we are so glad we found this gem as we needed to find a place to stay for our son's BYU graduation! The upstairs couch area was so awesome to sit and relax and visit, and the TV was so perfect with being able to cast our pictures up from our phones and laugh and discuss. The home was so well put together with everything we needed, and it was just cozy and beautiful. There was plenty of great shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, easy instructions for the home, we loved the way they change the code with each individual booking, and we just absolutely loved it. The location is basically in the middle of Provo and Salt Lake and easy access to everything. We're so glad we found this beautiful and cozy, new feeling home to stay in while visiting!
The place needs more cleaning attention since it is an animal friendly home. Most of us needed to take all allergy medication. The carpeted stairs andarea rug in the master bedroom were quite dusty and dirty. Bring your own sharp chopping knives because there aren’t any. The garage door code is not the same as the front door code so we had to go inside the house to open the garage door every time we needed to park the car in the garage so that was a little bit of an inconvenience. We could’ve used some more towels, though since we were there for a week, we only saw 4 towels. We also couldn’t find any dish cloths or dish towels so we had to use a lot of paper towel. Overall, it was a great location and had enough space. The outdoor space was great and there’s definitely enough room for a family of 4.
