The Rock Palace is exactly like the names says. It`s a PALACE. This New Large custom home was designed for large families and friends to gather and have an all-inclusive vacation. Palace offers a large 33-foot private pool with a hot tub built in, an amazing 5 hole putting green, fire pit and seating All in an amazing private courtyard, as well as a fire pit on the deck upstairs with incredible views. Other amenities avaiable are a wet bar, 6 bedrooms, pool table, retro video games, old school record player, a beautiful large outdoor balcony to entertain, and much, much more! This home sleeps 22 people very comfortably, 5 King bedroom suites and a Bunkroom with 6 Queens and 2 bathrooms. This makes a total of 11 beds and 7.5 bathrooms. This is a brand-new home that screams luxury, join us at the palace a place where fun is always the plan! The Palace also offers extra onsite parking. It offers a large 4 car garage and trailer parking on the side of the garage. All the toys will be safe at the Palace.

The community offers 2 large pools and a 30+ people Hot Tub. 2 large parks with 2 pickle ball courts. It also provides a nice picnic area and a gorgeous front fountain. We are minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir & Quail Creek Reservoir. Zion National Park is 30 minuets to the main gate. Other amazing national parks within a hour and half, North Rim Grand Canyon, Bryce National Park, Cedar Breaks. Also, with in an hour and a half is Brian Head Ski Resort. The Palace is in the perfect central location for so many activities. You will not be disappointed!!

Backyard was quiet. Lots to do at the house without needing to leave the property. Every family had their own bathroom and shower. The owner was AMAZING! He was so quick to help us.Each room is individually climate controlled. Highly recommend.

This property is top notch for entertaining. We loved our stay here, enjoying the pool/jacuzzi. Having two separate entertainment areas worked really well for hosting separate activities. The decor of this home is so pretty and we felt so lucky to enjoy the nice amenities. The kitchen is well appointed and all of the guest rooms were very comfy. Having extra parking for all our jeeps was convenient. Will stay here again.

Family ‘Christmas’ get together

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. There was plenty to do for our large range of ages. It was well worth the added cost to heat the pool as it was such a highlight for our grandchildren. Rachel was such a gem to work with and was so accommodating for our needs. We will definitely use this home for any future trips to St George area.
