No TV remote had to go to Walmart and buy a Roku to watch TV. Couches were warm and need a cleaning.

I am sorry that your experience was less than you expected. However, I must point out that all communications clearly indicated that while we provide high speed Internet and HDMI capable TVs, we do not provide cable television service and that you must bring your own streaming devices. Also, I have never received a complaint regarding the couches before. I will check their condition and have them cleaned if necessary.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and spacious and Jay was a wonderful host. We came for a tournament at the convention center and this was conveniently located and fit all of our needs. We are excited to come and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was nice, clean, and exactly as the photos described. The space was close to several restaurants and close enough to the boardwalk and beach for my 6 year old child not to complain about the walk. Lol. Communications with Jay were excellent and was very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend the place and looking forward to booking the place again.

Place is located right next to any and everything that you need during your stay!! The "long" walk to the beach is made easier coming right off the convention center ramp. If you can book it in 2025 do so, but not the same week I'll be booking it!!

War at the Shore

We stayed for a long weekend due to a wrestling tournament at the convention center. The place was in easy walking distance to the event and also to local restaurants/activities. Jay was awesome to work with and was flexible with our arrival/departure to meet the event times (it’s off season so easier during this time of year and super helpful for our needs). Jay was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We will definitely be back in the future.

Jay was very helpful as we prepared for our weekend in his condo. He answered a number of questions I had to make sure we came with everything needed. And with the change of our conference schedule due to the weather, Jay graciously allowed us to check out after the conference was over instead of the regular mid morning time. This greatly helped since our report time for the conference was moved up and hour. I would definitely recommend this space. It was clean, well appointed and perfectly located for our conference at the. Invention Center.

The host was very kind and great at communicating. We did find some sand in the upper bunk bed, and couch beds, and the host said he’d speak with his housekeepers. We were satisfied with this because it happens, and it wasn’t his fault. The place was a nice location and perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay.
