With a central location between Houston and Austin, you can easily make a day trip to either city.

Your retreat from the sun, the open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen blend together perfectly. Sit back on the leather seating in the living room while catching up on your favorite TV show. When hunger rises, the full kitchen has got you covered. Amongst the ample meal prep space and updated appliances - cooking is made a breeze! When it's time to eat, dine together under the warm glow of the chandelier.

Moments to yourself can be spent in the primary bedroom, complete with soft linens, a TV, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Rinse off the sunshine in the bathroom's walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The home's additional bedrooms are just as well-decorated and cozy. A private washer/dryer, Pack-N-Play, and central air-conditioning round out the home's interior perks.

Outside, enjoy the pleasant Texas breeze from the pond-view deck and large yard.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
