Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it is quiet but near all of the action. There are sidewalks and the street is recently
repaved. There is extra parking behind the house in an undeveloped lot.

What makes this property unique

This is a unique property because it is recently renovated and near campus. It is managed by the owners, not a property management company and so we are fast to respond and make sure all of the details are taken care of for each and every stay.
