3 bedroom 2 bath town home. Close to Texas A&M campus. Only 2 miles from Texas A& M campus down Welborne Rd. Sleeps 8 in beds and 2 additional on sleeper sofa. Fully furnished living room, kitchen and three bedrooms. Linens provided plenty of extra towels provided. Kitchen has place settings for up to 12 with seating at table for 6 with 2 bar stools. Close to all Texas A & M festivities. Come enjoy.

Great place to use for local events

The house is comfy and clean with great wifi and a bedroom layout that accommodates friends and family easily. We had a great time being together - beats a hotel any day. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions. Will stay here again.

Comfortable townhome in the southeast area of college station. We stayed for a weekend with our dog. Property manager responded quickly and addressed issues/questions. Recommend!

Home away from home in College Station

The condo was very clean and well appointed. We opted to prepare our own dinners and everything we needed was there. We even discovered some spices were there as well. All utilities worked great and we had no complaints.

The property was just a few miles from A&M, great location. The house was perfect, clean plenty of room and was everything we needed. I contacted the property owner once and they were VERY responsive, messaging back within minutes. Plan to book this property for Family Weekend in April!!

Great Stay with all needs met

The property is a quick step away from A&M campus. Very close to an H-E-B and a Dutch Bros coffee. There is plenty of room for families that are larger. This was our second stay at the property and it met all of our needs for the weekend. Definitely recommend.

Nice Small Place

We enjoyed our stay this weekend at this house. Our daughter get her ring last weekend but rental prices were ridiculous last weekend. This property was reasonably priced and we were able to accommodate the small group of friends that attended our daughter’s ring dunk. We thought we were getting the corner house (243) but ended up with (245) the picture on the listing showed what looked like the corner house. It appears to have a slightly bigger patio area with the side gate. House 243 was accommodating in the end. We appreciated the extra household items that were in the house such as, paper towels, games, kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. Highly recommend this rental if you are doing a small ring dunk.

David and Pam bought this town home as a second VRBO rental in College Station. They also own the town home next door to this one. They bought the first town home for their oldest son while he attended Texas A&M. Their second son also lived in it while he attended Texas A&M. They also own another town home in the same complex that their daughter lives in. They understand the need to travel with pets, and allow small dogs with an additional fee.
