Welcome to 'Dancing Bears' at Golfview Resort, a beautifully appointed property next to the Gatlinburg Golf course, located in Pigeon Forge right off Dollywood lane. The resort is just minutes from Dollywood theme parks and local Pigeon Forge attractions like The Old Mill District & The Island. We are 2.5 miles (~7 min) from The Ripken Experience and 8 miles (20 min) to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The resort features a beautiful outdoor pool area with hot tub (open seasonally) & an indoor heated pool for swimming and is open year round. The building also features a covered parking garage with elevator access to the main level.

Our condominium offers the following amenities for our guests :

• 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms - The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a private en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ceiling fans. There are also a roll away cot located in each bedroom closet (twin sized). Linens and towels provided.

• A spacious open concept living area and dining area that seats 6

• A fully-stocked kitchen complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, & dishwasher. Features a traditional coffee maker.

• Free Wi-fi with TVs in each bedroom which feature basic cable. TV in the Living room is a smart TV so use your favorite apps.

• A private washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.

• Front and rear patios for relaxing outdoors

Great place! Well kept and has everything you need, my family had a wonderful time here. The condo is centrally located to everything and the parking garage access makes unloading a breeze, particularly in rainy weather. The hosts were great and communicated quickly, providing all information ahead of time. I would certainly recommend this place for your trip to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.
