Home features: Hammock Swing, One king master bedroom, one bunkroom with two single beds(no tv, dresser or closet) and a Queen Aero bed. Sleeps up to 6. Unit is ADA accessible with ADA Toilet, grab bars, shower seat & hard surface floors.

Our Mountain View Home features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, inviting fireplace, high speed internet, HDTV's, oversize jetted tub, and private balcony with lazy day hammock swing and amazing mountain views.

Come see why we fell in love with and made it our second home. It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Mountain View Condo's are located between red light #0 and red light #1. We're across the street from the Titanic, turn Left at Dunkin Donut's.

We even offer an outdoor heated pool April 1 to Oct 31 and an Indoor heated pool open year round. We also have a Year round Hot Tub. Playground, Picnic Tables and BBQ's.

This unit has all new appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a jetted tub in the master bedroom. LCD flat screen TVs are located in the master bedroom and living room. There is a washer, dryer & blowdryer too.

Master bedroom has a king bed and we have small bunkroom with two twin beds (Kids think it's fun but no closet or dresser-- just bunk beds. Bed is comfortable and adults fit just fine).

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Super Walmart or Kroger.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Tennessee Shindig, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

We love the area so much our family owns other units.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 4th floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways and ADA toilets and grab bars.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Beautiful Escape

First time in Pigeon Forge on a mini baecation and this condo was the PERFECT place for a get away! Super clean and Lisa was very nice! The location is close to everything and there’s a lot of fun stuff to do in the area. Great value for the price and we’d definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Wish we had done a little more research and known there was going to be a car show in the area during our time there, because it was very loud, 24/7- making sleeping at night impossible without the purchase or earplugs. The property, however was just as it was described.

My husband and I come to Pigeon Forge multiple times a year. We have stayed at many places. This is the cleanest Condo that we have ever had. The thank you gift was thoughtful and there was plenty of supplies. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds weren't the most comfortable (main bedroom mattress was lumpy and the bunk beds were very squeaky). The condo was very clean and we appreciated all of the recliners. The swimming pools were great.

All around Awesome

This place was great! The property owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us when we got there along with a hand written note and snaks for the kiddos! They loved it! The condo was cery clean and big enough for more than 4 people! Its in a central location close to everything! Stay here if you have a coice! I definitely recommend!!

Very nice for the price !

This is the second time we've stayed at one of Lisa's properties at this same condo location. Lisa is excellent in her communication and instructions for the stay. This property was very good and priced very fair. There were a few things that needed some TLC but nothing that negatively affected our stay. I let Lisa know and she said she would address them. The property was absolutely clean and we appreciated that with a 9 month old crawler in tow. This particular unit has a great view of the mountains from the balcony.

Clean and great location

This place was awesome! Loved being close to The Local Goat, our go-to restaurant. The condo was super clean, and I'm pretty picky about that. The bunk beds were perfect for our 10 and 8-year-old kids, and they had a blast in the indoor pool. Kitchen had all the cooking stuff we needed, and the place was well-kept. Owners even left their number in case we needed anything. Only thing, maybe update the pillows on the main bed. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Can't wait to come back!!

Nice Place to Stay

They stay overall was pleasant. I would stay here again for sure. But I’m going to offer some suggestions for the owner. Maybe provide more than just 6 wash cloths and hand towels, ended up having to do laundry every night just to have clean wash cloths. Also maybe buy new pillows every so often the were horribly stained so we ran to Walmart and purchased our own for the twin bunk beds, the rest were fine. Also, maybe consider new bed sheets those had some stains as well. The mattress for the queen bed was not great. It was comfortaire and we tried everything we could to make it feel better nothing worked way to hard. Those are just suggestions to make the stay a little better. Like I said we would stay here again!!

This condo is absolutely filthy, the bathrooms smelled of old urine. Corners of the rooms caked with dirt. The shower mat had black mold growing in it that oozed out when stepped on. Furniture covered in sunscreen. The pictures posted do not represent what this property currently looks like, I assume the pictures are many years old. Owner offered to have her cleaner come to clean the property after we checked in and voiced our concerns but we declined because a cleaning to bring this property up to living standards would take multiple days or even weeks. We only stayed one night out of our six night stay and checked into a very nice hotel. We have stayed at multiple other condos and never had an issue like this.

Amazing location. We unknowingly booked when a car show was in town. It was awesome sitting on the balcony every night watching the cars drive the strip. And having Dunkin’ Donuts next door was great too. The pool was great for the kids. Just a little walk. But even with a 5 year old. The walk is not bad. We had no problems what so ever with the condo. The floors did feel a bit sticky. And our socks did look dirty after walking around. But honestly the place was very clean otherwise. Would definitely recommend. And will keep it in mind for our next trip to the area.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

Why they chose this property

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We loved that this property was walking distance to restaurants and the Trolley. We love being so close to town and have no parking or steep curvy roads to contend with. We also purchased this property because we loved how close it is to Dollywood (3 miles). We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenit is the salt water pool and year-round hot tub. We love to walk to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just 1 mile from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

What makes this property unique

Views from the leather recliner are amazing especially at sunset. We both enjoy rocking in the recliner with a good book in front of the fireplace. It's great just to relax and watch TV after a day out at Dollywood or Pigeon Forge. Trolley pick up is at the street and for 50 cents. We have 2 pools, 2 playground sets and picnic tables with BBQ's.

Well stocked kitchen as we stay here too. We even offer games and puzzles in the condo.
