Upon entering this canal front home, the guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a large flat-screen Smart television Fire Stick, perfect for choosing your favorite show after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Navarre Beach has to offer. Both the master bedroom television and the living room television are 55 inches. Bedroom 2 , second floor offers a king size bed with its own access to the front balcony. Bedroom 3 offers a Queen size bed , with access to the back deck that overlooks the courtyard. Bedroom 4 offers 1 double bed, 1 twin bed (bunks) and a twin trundle that pulls out from bunks. This bedroom also has access to the back deck. Views of the canal, Gulf, and courtyard. There are 2 full baths on the guest bedroom floor that are shared .
Heading up to the 3rd level
This coastal cottage has an open concept family room with plenty of seating for the family. Access to the back deck and views of the canal, courtyard and Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless appliances, center island with sink. A small work area for your laptop, and an eat in breakfast area. All with awesome views .
Just a perfect gathering area for the entire family vacation. A half bath and laundry room also located on this floor.
The spacious master bedroom has coastal decor, king size bed and is the only bedroom on the 3rd floor.
The ensuite master bathroom is updated with a single vanity with granite counter tops, along with a beautifully tiled shower.
This property does have access to the Santa Rosa Sound, you can park a boat in the canal next to the dock/seawall. The boat lift is not available for guest use.
The courtyard has plenty of space to enjoy family gatherings, Tiki hut included. Also there are bikes for guest to use. Come enjoy this beautiful beach house for your next vacation .
