This property has an excellent View and with it being pet friendly, it was the best stay. Within walking distance of downtown, and following the river downstream, you'll get plenty of exercise. Or sit down and enjoy the view from your room.Will stay there again!

The view was great and falling asleep to the sound of water was relaxing. It is close to restaurants- walking distance on the river path outside the window. Notice the size and it was fine for 2 people, using it as a base to explore. It took some thought to find the location of the unit- and it is a gem tucked away by the river- amazing location.

Unfortunately they were not ready for us at check-in at 4p and weren’t able to check-in until almost 6pm after we had told them we had a dinner party that evening to get ready for after traveling for 5hrs. When we finally got in our room it was not clean by any means. I pulled back the sheets and they looked to be used already - short hairs in the sheets, dirt down by the feet. Hair in the bathroom along with random bugs. Beautiful view of the river but was expecting a much nicer room. The pictures did not match what we walked into. The washer/dryer ran for 6hrs straight and was extremely hot to the touch when trying to use. Location was convenient and a short walk to downtown which we loved.

Bend hideaway

It was so nice to enjoy the Deschutes river from our room. The cottage was well supplied, clean, and offered everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We walked into the downtown area daily, and also along the River trail heading out away from town.

Excellent location. Very clean and cute. The lighting in the kitchen area is a little too dark for older eyes and the sinks are super small. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would rent it again. Love being that close to the river and the trail.

Cozy and Quaint

We loved the convenient location respective the amphitheater. We were able to walk to the concert and stop at one of favorite breweries along the way. The property was very quiet, peaceful, clean, and cozy. The bed is very comfy and the river view was lovely to wake up to. I would highly recommend this property !

Nice stay

The place is as described. Great location. Bed was super comfortable. The cable is spotty and there isn’t a guide to tell you what the channels are. The cleaning could have been better. It wasn’t vaccuumed or the rugs shaken out. The vacuum smells like it might catch fire. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. If the above items would have been taken care of, it would have been a perfect stay.

Good little spot but dont know if id stay here again

Location seemed good, close to downtown. We liked the trail it was on and having the river right there was pretty cool! Although we did like the room i dont think we would stay here again. The lighting in the room is very dim, even with all the lights turned on. The floor of the room was very dirty. I walked barefoot for like 5 minutes and my feet were black. There was dust on some fixtures. The bed is a little higher than normal, just so people know, and the bed was uncomfortable.

If you are looking to adventure around Bend, there is truly no better place to stay. We are located right next door to the breathtaking Pioneer Park, literal steps from the Deschutes river, and just a 5-10 minute drive to the Old Mill district. The unit itself is completely custom. With designs this particular we cannot expect everyone to like them so we completely understand. As for the floors, I want you to know that we have blocked this unit for 24 hours starting tomorrow in order to perform a deep clean! Thank you so much for the heads up and even if we wont be seeing you back in this specific unit we hope to see you in another that will better suit your needs. Until next time!

The cottage was fairly stocked and relatively clean and comfy. The entry code didn't work upon checkin and at 9pm the office was closed. After hours line didn't pick up for 15 minutes of calling back to back, which was stressful, but once they did they reset the code. The pool was nice, some of the paths need to be repaved, i tripped right outside the room because the concrete is cracked. we'll located, keep in mind these are attached cottages.

Started out on the wrong foot due to a personnel issue with housekeeping. Our room was not ready till nearly 5:30 (expected 4:00 p.m.), which, after a 4.5 hour drive did not give us a good feel. But, overall the location on the river, walking trails dog friendliness and the experience was great.We will be back. Thanks for everything.

The room was lovely and exactly as described. The views and location were INCREDIBLE! Right on the Deschutes and a natural sound machine if you want to leave the windows open. Perfect for walking into town or along the river. Can’t wait to come back!
