This newly renovated first floor condo is open for your vacation! Lake Chelan is in the heart of Central Washington. Overlooking Lake Chelan. The condo has a peaceful ambiance with a "relax and unwind" vibe. As you walk in through the front door, you will enjoy the updated amenities, careful note to detail, and thoughtful cleaning practices that will make your vacation feel like a second home! The condo comes with 180-degree views of Lake Chelan. We kindly invite your family to our vacation getaway to make memories and live the Chelan life! This beautiful Lake Chelan property has lakefront views, beach access down the hill, close proximity to Chelan Wineries/golf/shopping, and a short stroll to downtown Lake Chelan! We are nestled on the Lake's southeast hillside. We are a short distance to Starbucks. We are also 2 minutes from the (not to be missed...) Slide Waters, Waterpark! Come visit us! Welcome to Lake Chelan and our family condo!

The condo is furnished to cause the visitor to EXHALE and BE REFRESHED! Great place for couples or families to reconnect and enjoy the Chelan area. The condo easily sleeps a maximum of up to 4 adults or a family of 5. The unit is located in a condominium complex and is not a single dwelling. There are adjoining units on each side. This is a quiet, peaceful condominium complex with only 24 units on site with beautiful Lake Chelan views and plenty of parking including boat and trailer parking on site!

The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, blender, air popcorn popper and electric griddle for those family pancake breakfasts. There is also a gas barbecue on the patio so the chef can take in the sunsets and lake views while preparing meals in a relaxed atmosphere. There is a large-size stacked washer and dryer stocked with detergent for your laundry needs. The living room has cable tv and an overstuffed couch for relaxing or observing the amazing Lake Chelan views. We provide both games, puzzles and movies on site for guest enjoyment as well.

Please be aware that the edge of the grassy area in front of the patio, there is a steep embankment. We do have signs and a blackberry hedge, but no fence. Young children should never be left unsupervised.

The location of the condo is perfect. The little private beach/swim spot accross the street was perfect for the kiddos. The condo had everything we needed and the owners were very quick to respond to us when we needed them for something.

wonderful place to stay. The views were wonderful. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather and the view. We stayed in Chelan when the weather was very hot so the back bedroom was very warm at night. But the fan helped.

Adorable place!

We had a great time! The place is really cute and clean. I forgot a few things at home and was delighted to find them provided. The kids room had books and outdoor toys as well. We definitely recommend!

Great location, comfort, and value

We totally agree with other reviews--fantastic location close to many things, super view to go with your breakfast, the condo is no frills simple and in good condition (and new carpets are very comfy), the very tiny beach across the street was only ever shared with another couple, the tomatoes offered from neighbor Jerry are to die for, and the Romeros were wonderful hosts (we're still enjoying the homemade jam). Will definitely stay here again when in Chelan.

We are a retired couple that have vacationed in Lake Chelan for many years. We raised four children and enjoy family trips there each summer. We purchased our condo in 2009 and continue to return each year to enjoy the beautiful lake views and peaceful setting of the small community. With our 6 grandchildren, we make memories of a lifetime!

Why they chose this property

My wife and I have been coming to Lake Chelan for the last several years and have always dreamed of having our own place. We now want to share this wonderful place with you.

What makes this property unique

We like to get our morning exercise in by walking to (1 mile) the scenic town of Chelan. You can walk a very short distance to the Water Slides, boat rentals, jet skis, parasailing, and even float planes. There are several local restaurants, a movie theater, and shopping in town. There is small public beach just down the hill from the condo. Mill Bay Casino is close by for your enjoyment. Wineries, golf, shopping and boating are all ideal activities in Lake Chelan.
