Walking distance to the sand, Lido Marina Village, shops, restaurants and more. Easy freeway access even on busy beach days. With bay views from almost every window and high-end upgrades throughout, this home provides a luxury retreat atmosphere all year round including the use of a boat dock. Duffy boat rentals are close by and can be placed at the dock during your stay. Boat dock info: “Left side maximum berth width of 8 feet and a max length of 25-28 feet. The right side has max berth width of 12 feet and max length of 30-35 feet”
