The house was a nice size and had plenty of space for our group, but there were several issues that affected our stay.The biggest concern was the bedroom next to the laundry room. It never cooled down and remained hot for our entire stay. Since it's a small room with a very low bed, it's clearly intended for a child, but the temperature made it uncomfortable to use.The home also wasn't stocked with enough towels, so we had to do laundry throughout our stay. There were also no dish towels provided for cleaning up in the kitchen, which was inconvenient.When we arrived, all of the outdoor trash bins were already completely full. There was no room to dispose of our garbage, so we had to leave trash outside the bins. The property would benefit from hiring a regular trash service or ensuring the bins are emptied before each guest arrives.Check-in was not a smooth experience. We spent much of our first day in town waiting to get into the house. It seems there isn't enough time scheduled between guests to properly prepare the property. I also think a keyless entry system would make the arrival process much easier than requiring an in-person check-in.Communication was another challenge. I had to download WhatsApp just to communicate with the property management team. It would have been much more convenient to have a printed or digital house manual with instructions for operating the air conditioning, pool, lighting, Wi-Fi, and other features instead of having to message some

The Most Accommodating Villa Around!!!

Gorgeous furniture, elite design, extremely comfortable, felt just like we were at a hotel but better! I had quite a few family members with us since we spent our Thanksgiving week here, and all my quests had a great time. Each room having their own full bathroom was such a thoughtful touch. We will be booking here for years to come!

Exceeded epectations

With bedrooms and separate baths for our entire party and a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and beautiful, large indoor and outdoor dining areas and a pool/hot tub, we enjoyed all the facilities our group desired. Plus management was responsive and a pleasure to work wit.

5 star modern luxury home

Stunning! Brand new updated home in good location with everything you need! Stayed here with a large group of friends for a birthday weekend and had the best time ever! Love, the fact that everybody had their own rooms and bathrooms! It made getting ready, going to bed and getting up all at different times a breeze. Property manager was easy to deal with and cleaning crew was top notch! Highly recommend this property for anyone coming to Miami!
