This inviting townhome offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 full bathrooms, a large balcony with views of the ocean, and a private deck in the back suitable for family gatherings. Before or after spending a day at the seashore or swimming in the complex pool nearby, guests can easily whip up a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, which has updated appliances and a separate wine refrigerator.
The dining room can seat six (plus two at the small bar area) and the adjoining family room provides a great space for family fun. A large-screen Smart TV is mounted on the wall with YouTube TV offered for cable channels. High-speed Wifi is accessible throughout the property.
The main bedroom is on the second level beside the kitchen, dining room, living area and balcony. It has a king sized bed and an adjoining bathroom, which is nicely complimented with a second vanity room (mirror/sink for make-up needs and large closet for more comfort.) It is also equipped with a mounted Smart TV.
Down on the first floor (entry level), the second and third bedrooms have a full double-sink bathroom between them. The front bedroom features a queen bed while the back bedroom has a double/single bunk combo and a separate twin bed.
With a full-size washer/dryer on the first level, Sea Castles #3 makes laundry easy, including a space to store, fold, or iron clothes near the backdoor. This exit leads out to the deck and puts guests only steps from the pool in the complex.
The townhome's location is ideal for making new beach memories. In addition to restaurants being a short distance away, the public Fernandina Beach Golf Club is situated less than a mile south. The new Amelia River To Sea Trail is just to the north and runs along Simmons Road and then small paths for about 3 miles to Crane Island Park (along the Amelia River.) Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach (a hidden gem!) and Fort Clinch State Park are both just a short ride up A1A.
Please note this rental comes with two designated parking spots and there are limited guest spots. Dubbed “Three Sheets to the Wind” by the owners, the property has been popular among its first guests following its successful renovation by Safe Harbor Builders in 2020.
One small dog under 40 lbs may be considered but it must be approved by management. There are size restrictions in place by the community association, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.
