Condo near beach with everything you need

A condo close to beach access point with everything that you need. We brought our golden retriever for her first beach experience. This was perfect for us too with a complete kitchen and two bedrooms. Will stay here again if we are ever in the Amelia Island area.

Fernandina Beach Trip 2025

We loved the beach townhouse and location! Public Access across the road to the beach! Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though.

A Week in Paradise!

We will be recommending this property to our friends and family, and we hope to return again! This property was super comfortable and very clean. The host provided a sweet snack basket upon our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. The house is also stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, dishes, and cleaning supplies! We had our toddler with us and it was a super close walk to the beach. Overall, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a close, quiet, convenient stay close to Fernandina beach! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this unit directly across the street from beach access. Very spacious, clean, and well- appointed. We brought our own beach towels, chairs, etc., but there were even some of those provided if you want to just show up with your bathing suit and enjoy! Would book again.

Southern Hospitality

The hosts live locally and are extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is not on the beach but is just across the street in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and were greeted warmly by neighbors walking their dogs. A public golf course is just a couple blocks away.

We had a few issues but they were addressed immediately. David and Tina were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The townhouse fit 6 people comfortably and it was very well stocked and clean. They even provided snacks for the kids and the coffee provided was an amazing assortment of different flavors and choices. I visit Amelia Island twice a year and the location was great and not far from main beach and the local restaurants.

Great location and close to the beach

This was a very nice, well-stocked and clean property. Centrally located and close to the beach. The only issue we had was noisy neighbors who partied past 2 a.m. outside several nights, waking up our dog and then the baby. Not much the host can do about this. Thank you for providing such a nice place.

This is a very nice house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and 1st Avenue provides a very nice shaded walk. The bedrooms are very spacious; the mattress in the master bedroom was excellent. The bathrooms are simple and just the right size. The first floor sitting area is modest but very comfortable. The kitchen is very large, great for family cooking and eating in the dining nook. The host is super responsive and helpful - this was a great experience!
