This is your perfect beach getaway! Nothing blocks your view of the beach and ocean from the large private deck! The amazing sunrises and moon rises will have you mesmerized and ready to just relax and unwind!

This adorable, second floor condo is in the Seagate of Amelia complex. It is freshly painted and is very light, bright, and beachy! The location is ideal with restaurants/bars, and numerous activites just a short walk away.

The cozy condo has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout the condo. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

The living area is comfortable and offers wonderful ocean views! Whether lounging inside or gazing outdoors, the gorgeous views never get old!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. There is a breakfast bar with chairs looking directly onto the beach, what a view!

The master bedroom has a king bed and TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

There is one bathroom with tub/shower combination.

The deck off the living room is large with 2 rocking chairs, 4 chairs, and a picnic table. The walkway leads to the beach. The view is fabulous!

This getaway will spoil you! Come and spend time at this lovely condo, and you won't want to leave!

Great, quiet location. Good parking, nice that there are only 4 units to the whole building. Close to downtown Fernandina Beach. More spacious than photos show. Nicely set up for a pet. Kitchen well stocked. Nice outdoor deck overlooking the ocean. Comfortable furniture, though the king bed mattress could use replacing. Will definitely stay here again.

Beachfront stay with spectacular view of ocean. The home was as pictured. Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed dining on the deck and watching sunrise and sunset. The beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. We enjoyed the local restaurants which were near by. Better than expected! Hope to be back soon.

Great location and Spring Break Week Worthy!

We really enjoyed out spring break week at this cozy little condo. Perfect location on the beach and close walk to Main Beach in Fernandina Beach where there are restaurants. Perfect for my spouse and I to work while the teens rode bikes all over the Northern part of the island. Sharing a bathroom for all of us was tricky but worked well. Excellent wi-fi and loved the games that were there! Definitely will be back!

EXCELLENT LOCATION RIGHT ON BEACH

As stated in the title. Plus view off deck was fantastic. Could sit out there for hours looking at the ocean. Very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo had just the right amount of everything for a pleasant stay. Property Manager (Lee) was straight up when sending e-mails and information reference the condo. It is now our Go To Beach vacation location.

Oceanfront Condo Fernandina Beach

Nice unit in a 4 unit building. Great location near the parks and downtown. Kitchen is well equipped and there are enough linens to go around. Very quiet (this is an upstairs unit) we never heard the folks next door, or below. I'm not sure if they heard us. The 4 decks are separated by fences and rails which work fine once the dogs get to know each other. Easy walk across the extended deck and pathway to the beach. I only wish there was a grill somewhere on the property.

Beach Front condo

Overall our stay here was very nice. The view of the beach and ocean is everything! The location of the property is very convenient to many activities and restaurants. We enjoyed biking in Fort Clinch which is located 1/2 a mile near the condo. The only problem that we had was the length of the water heater of the shower. The water was only warm for 5 minutes. For a family of four, this makes it tricky to take warm showers. All in all the stay at as great. Thank you!

Birthday weekend

We are grand parents and we were accompanied by our two teen grand daughters and our two dogs. This was our first VRBO and we are impressed. The unit was wonderful. It was clean, had incredible ocean views. The owner is a very talented artist and a number of paintings are icing on the cake of a tasteful and detailed beach house atmosphere. The unit came very well supplied with numerous spices, coffee, ice cubes, dishwasher soap, cookware, glassware, dishes, a generous number of bath/beach towels, and all essentials you could imagine. The deck overlooking the ocean was private and gated which made it enjoyable for our two Cavaliers. The deck box stored two boogie boards, a kite, two folding beach chairs, and a generous selection of beach toys for children. We have found our beach front getaway and will be back.
