This two-bedroom, one-bathroom pet-friendly oceanfront rental is perfectly located on South Fletcher Avenue in the popular Coral Sands condominium. This unit offers stunning ocean views, convenient beach access, and private parking with elevator access.

The open floor plan between the living and dining area highlights the large private balcony allowing the natural sunlight to fill the space. The dining area comfortably fits four and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware items you would need to prepare meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave.

The master bedroom provides ocean views and is equipped with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and closet. Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and one sponge.)

A washer/dryer is provided as well.

Sisters get away

My sister and I always stay for our annual trip to the shrimp festival. Location of condo is great, beach view with balcony. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is a little tight, just incase you have a larger vehicle.

This property is right on beach with fantastic ocean view and just 3 miles from beautiful Historic Fernandina area. Condo is a little dated but very clean. Management company was excellent. Only negative was building next door is under renovation and there was a lot of noise and dirt.

And great spot looking out on the Atlantic. The owners took care and made the place so comfy. The mattress is terrific. Direct access to the beach and a half mile walk to two great restaurants. We will stay here again! Highly recommend.

Lovely quiet

It was a nice break for us after the hustle and bustle of Christmas. The kitchen has enough pots and pans and storage space for a family to cook in if they wished to. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views ! And a deck, which if the weather had been better, would’ve been the icing on the cake.

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I for a little getaway. My adult daughter joined us for two nights. It was very well equipped....even with things that are usually lacking in a rental (good kitchen pans, etc.) and very clean. The three of us were quite comfortable and we were thrilled to be able to bring our small dog with us as well. The location was perfect for the beach and convenient to restaurants. We would stay here again!

Annie, CC (the cat), & I truly enjoyed our stay in fabulous Coral Sands 101. We are so happy to have discovered this upscale condo right on the beach at an affordable price. We were pleased at the overall cleanliness (especially the super clean windows), the paper products (new rolls of TP & paper towels!), and the room to spread out our vacation gear. The mattress on the main bedroom bed was soooo comfortable! Thank you and we look forward to our return.

Overall had a good time. Beds are comfortable, plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Dishwasher didn’t work but owner said they would take care of it. Didn’t spoil our fun. The condo provides beach towels and beach chairs. But Found out you can rent chairs and umbrellas from Riptide.

Christmas vacation

We were so impressed with this rental. Comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything you would need, fantastic view! We had never taken our dog away with us and she loved the balcony, the beach, the condo. One of the things that most impressed me was the attention to detail with this rental. Every kitchen utensil you could think of (I brought some of my own and never used them), plenty of towels, blankets, visitors guide book, and so much more. We were sad to leave earlier today but will definitely be back.

Beautiful View

The property is very small and a bit outdated. It could use a really good cleaning (I am very picky in this area). The kitchen was extremely small and was not well appointed, plenty of pots, glasses etc. but was missing some essential cooking utensils if you planned on cooking which we did. The view was beautiful and it is very easy to get to the beach and then wash the sand off yourself and our Yorkie. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I rated overall a 3 due to the condition of the property, but also due to the VERY noisy upstairs resident that went all day and into the early morning hours. Called to inform but nothing happened with this.

Bucket list stay

Very concerned with the lack of lighting on the outside. Numerous lights were burned out both outside and inside. The area around the elevator was very dark. I encountered a gentlemen one evening, kind of suspicious, he claimed he was checking out lights. No change after that. Also, outside unit entrance ways were very poor and not clean. Inside, unit had issues with lighting, also, smoke detector fell off ceiling during wind storm, could not reset as battery would not go back in. For those staying seven days, it would be nice if manager provided adequate dish wash soap. Towel bar in bathroom kept falling off wall, I did not have tools to fix it. I suggest a review of the property management team. We stay with VRBO often with multiple trips a year. This site was a disappointment. Also, I did not receive timely notifications prior to stay. I contacted management was told there was a problem with email connection. Received, notification the day before stay about rental contract, agent was short advised she was "pm lunch". My fault for calling during lunch. She said she would call back, but never did. I called to make sure all was well. Sad commentary on those running the front line. Also, the elevator had major issues, loud banging when operating, grateful that it did not break down during stay. Overall, the place needs work.
