We had a great week at the beach! The property was clean and inviting and had everything we needed, especially for the beach. The pictures of the property were as depicted and the beach was gorgeous. Highly recommend, especially if you are traveling with your dog. They deserve a beach vacation too! The sunrises were incredible!

This was our second year in a row staying at this condo. Again, the host was super responsive, the condo was immaculate, and beach/kitchen supplies were plenty. Hope to return again. Loved every minute.

This was an amazing pet-friendly property. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Location and beach access were perfect. Ashley is a wonderful host who communicated well and was very responsive if we had questions during our stay. Would stay here again!

Great unit, perfect spot, management quickly responded to communication but it’s not good for those with limited mobility especially at the back sliding door to the back porch/deck due to very steep step & the bathroom specifically the tub/shower as there’s a deep step over into the tub. TV was too complicated to figure out but when at the beach it’s not such a huge problem. Otherwise this is a perfect place to stay: clean, quaint, comfortable, quiet even with others staying in the other units, close to everything, lots of little lizards & brown beach bunnies to watch. Looking forward to our next visit.

The beach access was absolutely perfect! Such a beautiful and uncrowned stretch of sand! The sunrises are gorgeous!! The condo was in great shape. Very cozy and comfy. I had everything I could have asked for in the kitchen to cook with. We ate most of our meals in. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. My pup enjoyed lounging on the back deck as did I. Loved every minute of our stay here! Parking was no problem. The host was very responsive and left a book of local suggestions for dining out and activities. The WiFi was also good enough for my husband to get some work done.

Coziest spot on Fernandina Beach. Loved the soothing decor, comfy beds, Jacuzzi bathtub, and the back deck fire pit. Short walk down the beach to great food and drink.

Wonderful condo right on the beach. Everything was exactly as described. The large covered deck is a big plus, a comfortable place to relax in the shade after spending time on the beach. Ashley was very helpful and very prompt in answering our questions.

This condo on a private beach was perfect for our quiet and relaxing mother-daughter getaway! The unit is beautifully decorated and stocked with all essentials, including beach towels, chairs, and a shade. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The hosts communicated quickly and thoroughly. I loved the long walks on an uncrowded beach and would definitely rent this unit again!
