A short 5 min drive to historic downtown Fernandina beach..

This beach house is all that you could ask for! Perfect location! You can walk to some dining options and a park! Love that the beach is just across your own private access and sand dune. Ashley has everything you could need for a beach day! Our kids loved having the toys and huge back deck to play on when the water was too rough to splash in. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation Home for a Small Family

This is our third year staying on Amelia and this was the best place! It’s in a great location and close to all of the places we love to go. Everything was very clean and smelled amazing!! Great Beach House!

Awesome location and just steps to the beach. You can tell they put a lot of time and money into this house and they had everything (including beach chairs and beach toys!). We rented a golf cart for the week and it was easy to go from the beach house to DT Fernadina. We will stay again if available.

Beautiful, well provisioned home!

The home is very nicely updated with plenty of space for my husband and I and our 2 teens. The home is well equipped and the deck furniture is very nice with ample seating. The “sun ninja” canopy at the home came in very handy to shade ourselves on the beach and was so easy to set up and take down. We would stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This house was not only super adorable and fully remodeled. It also was in the perfect location to historical downtown Amelia Island. We felt rightat home in this cozy little beach house. They had a super cute coffee bar and also comfy beds. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We also really enjoyed listening to the ocean at night and waking up to a beautiful sunrise. Next time we will be staying a little longer to enjoy the patio for some family time.

Ashley was pleasant, accommodating & responsive. Was perfect for what we needed, we were a couple and a friend (3 ppl total). Love the direct beach access 🤙🏻 and our own cottage vs. a unit in a building. Appliances/bathrooms all new. Drive up parking / no stairs a plus.

Second visit as good as the first!

This was our second stay at this property. Everything was perfectly clean and fresh. Location is right on the beach-very convenient, the communication with the host was easy with prompt replies. We had a tiny issue with the door lock batteries and a handyman was sent over to resolve the issue within an hour!

Recently updated and incredibly located directly on the beach. We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed the beach each day. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was great for preparing some delicious charcuteries. The back porch was perfect for dining al fresco. Conveniently located for all that the island offers. We were able to enjoy some great cocktails at some of the local establishments and shop at some great shops downtown. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to catch some sun… look no further - this is it!!

As someone who is very picky and a self-proclaimed hotel snob, I can say this property was nothing short of amazing! Extremely clean, beautiful beachy-modern, calming color scheme and decor, amazing location right on the beach, everything at your fingertips, including restaurants and parks nearby for the kids. Ashley, the property owner, was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions promptly. Check in and check out was seamless; linens and towels provided, sun shade, beach chairs and toys for the beach, outdoor grill and gas fireplace outside on a deck facing the waves and sunrise, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms, along with a gorgeous kitchen and seating area. Would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

Peaceful Little Gem

We are in love with this cottage! This property is pristine! The cottage is spotless and the decor is absolutely peaceful and beautiful! We had a party of 6 for a girls getaway weekend and we couldnt have picked a better place. The outdoor deck is huge with plenty of luxury seating. There is a private walkway from the deck down to the beach. There were beach chairs, surf boards and a fire pit available on the deck. The house has plenty of linens and a fully stocked kitchen and coffee station. The bed linens were comfortable and so pretty. We scoured the beach for sharks teeth, fossils and treasure both day and night. Ft. Clinch State Park is right down the street. We walked to and from the Sandbar restaurant for dinner. We also may have slept on the deck a few nights listening to the waves crash and woke up to the sunrise. Everything was perfect!! This turned out to be a weekend I will never forget and I hope one day I can stay again.
