We are available remotely and let you enjoy the space in private.
We are in walking distance to the Fells Point Waterfront, Johns Hopkins, Patterson Park, Harbor East, Little Italy and the Inner Harbor.
Established in 1763, Fell’s Point is a city, state, and National Historic District and boasts more than 300 buildings on the National Register, including the oldest standing residence in Baltimore City, the Robert Long House, which is open for tours by reservation.
You can also learn about Fell’s Point’s history as home to the first African American-owned shipyard in the country at the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park Museum.
Walk the Belgian block streets, the original stone bricks brought over by trade ships from Europe to Broadway Market, a year-round indoor market built in 1786 that houses a number of international delicacies and local treats.
Once you’re done, stop for a drink at the city’s oldest bar, The Horse You Came In On Saloon (rumored to be Edgar Allan Poe’s last stop before his mysterious death).
Our property is accessed via a smart lock with a unique code once rental forms are submitted with government issued photo IDs to verify age and identity.
You can access our private patio behind the house and the front entrance to the townhouse.
Parking is free around the neighborhood. After 8pm the block itself is full, however, Broadway is located one block away and has ample free parking 8pm-8am.
Welcome to Reggie, a boutique 2-bedroom, 3-story oasis in Fells Point that welcomes traveling nurses, professionals, and families for stays of any length. Designed and hosted by A Chalet Collective, specializing in sharing spaces that feel like home.
We are family and pet-friendly. Government-issued photo ID is required for all guests over 18 to verify their age and identity.
We only rent to those over the age of 25.
We have steep stairs leading up to the second and third floors - caution for those with mobility issues.
✶ LIVING ROOM FLOOR 1✶
As you step into Reggie, you will enter the heart of the home, which is undoubtedly the cozy living room that's outfitted with a comfortable Article sofa, perfect for unwinding in front of the 65" Smart TV. The living area also features a Marshall Speaker where you can play your favorite jams.
✶ KITCHEN + DINING FLOOR 1✶
When hunger strikes, the compact Euro-style kitchen is ready for action. It has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, including sleek new appliances and an induction cooktop. Meal times become a cozy, intimate affair with the dining room situated off of the kitchen. Enjoy this quiet space in the back of the house that is sun-drenched by day and intimate by night.
✶ OUTDOOR AREA FLOOR 1✶
Step outside into the small patio and enjoy outdoor seating while grilling on our charcoal Weber or warm up at the firepit. Whether starting your day with a hot cup of coffee or ending it with a glass of wine, this spot is perfection.
✶ BEDROOMS FLOORS 2 - 3✶
The bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors each boast a plush king bed with white noise machines, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. Our cotton sheets and down duvet envelops you in a comforting cocoon. Feel the pull of Baltimore's charm as you immerse yourself in each room’s unique decor and color palettes that reflect the serenity of a sleep sanctuary. Both rooms feature large Smart TV's where you can stream to your heart's delight.
Outside the third-floor bedroom sits an office with a desk and smart speaker for Work from Home days.
Steep stairs are required to access both floors.
✶ BATHROOMS - ALL FLOORS✶
The bathrooms, one per floor, feature custom elements like tiled showers where you can wash away the day. High-quality Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided with plush towels.
The washer-dryer unit is located on the 2nd floor outside of the bathroom.

You will use your Smart Lock code to access the front door - we have a backup lockbox should the smart lock fail.
On either side of the guest house are townhouses with full-time dwellers, and you will hear our neighbors from time to time.
The townhouse is located in a prime location and parking directly on our street is a challenge after 7 pm.
By car:
Parking is actually not that hard in Fells Point, although you will need to hunt a little bit for a parallel parking spot. Residential parking is limited to two free hours, after that, you may find your car towed. Read the signs carefully. There are also a good number of metered spots on Broadway and around the harbor, which you can pay via credit card at the meter machines. Fleet St and Broadway are the main avenues.
Lyft + Uber are always great options!
By Circulator bus
The Orange route comes in from the Inner Harbor and runs up Caroline Ave through Little Italy before returning Downtown. The Green route also serves Fells Point, running in a loop from Johns Hopkins Hospital down Broadway, along Aliceanna, then up President Street. The circulator buses are free and run every ten to twenty minutes until 8 pm or 9 pm (or until midnight on Friday and Saturday).
