Great place to recharge. Easy to get to. Go in the early spring and you are sure to experience all four seasons in one day. So quiet, and beautiful views. I will be back.
Decided not to camp over the long weekend, so I was looking for a remote, quiet place to stay, not a vacation home. The cabin is rustic without a lot of amenities, but it was just what I was looking for. My kids and I had a great time, and we'd go back again! Duncan was always quick to respond to my questions.
We had the most relaxing and wonderful time. It's a perfect place to rest from the city, enjoy the views and take in the stars at night. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a break.
This cabin is very cute, with a giant window looking onto a private meadow. Two beds; one in the loft and the other is a futon in the living space. You're expected to have your own sleeping bag/bedding. It is very tiny, but also very charming.
The owner was very responsive and helpful.
The outhouse is super clean with a big window for light. The location is so private that a bathroom with a window just allows you to gaze out into the trees and meadow beyond.
If you're arriving at night, be sure to have a flashlight.
This is a very cute little place. Just recognize that the only bathroom is an outhouse, and the kitchen includes a mini fridge, camp stove, dishes, pots and cutlery.
