Bring your boat! Fixed wooden dock behind home and floating dock accessible by step ladder. Dock space can accommodate up to a 30’ boat. Deep canal leading out to the river, minutes away from all the places to be. Enjoy a short boat ride over to the Scallop Grounds, go trolling in the shipping channel or just enjoy a leisurely cruise along the beautiful Withlacoochee River soaking in the all of the local nature and wildlife. Feel free bring your bicycles or golf cart to go explore everything Historic Yankeetown has to offer!
House is within minutes of a few public boat ramps. The closest ramp is at the Yankeetown Marina two blocks up the road (call ahead for launch fees), you can also launch at the end of CR40 at Bird Creek Boat launch (free). Old Florida Marina is another launching option for a small fee.
