St Martin’s Villa is a large and luxurious villa in one of Grenada’s most exclusive locations – Westerhall Point. The villa includes concierge and housekeeping services and is an ideal vacation rental for large groups and families.

A Luxurious Villa
The spacious and airy villa has 3,000 square feet of indoor space, which opens onto a private pool and a large outdoor sundeck. The house also has half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens and enjoys stunning views across Westerhall Bay.

The villa has 4 large bedrooms - 3 of which are double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom, providing accommodation for up to 8 people. The house also has an airy living room and a separate dining room, both with folding doors which open onto the pool- and sundeck, allowing guests to enjoy gorgeous sea views from the house.

The recently refurbished kitchen and utility room boast excellent amenities, including a washing machine, a coffee machine, microwave and two fridge freezers.
The kitchen and all bedrooms are fully air conditioned, and the house has fast and stable WiFi as well as cable TV.

Our villa has an amazing team on hand to ensure that you have a fantastic vacation.
Our property manager, Lynnette, provides a complimentary meet and greet service at the airport or directly at the villa, to ensure you have arrived safely and that everything is to your satisfaction. You can also contact Lynnette in advance of your arrival if you wish to arrange a larder and fridge stocking service.

Lynnette has been working with us for over 20 years and is a born and bred Grenadian. She has unrivaled knowledge of the amazing sights and activities that Grenada has to offer, so will happily offer any assistance and answer any questions that you have to ensure that your stay at St Martin’s Villa is as relaxing as possible.
Our housekeeper, Rosamund, visits twice weekly as standard to clean and refresh towels and linens, and our garden and pool maintenance team visit weekly. Additional visits can be arranged on request.

A Beautiful Setting
St Martin’s Villa is located on Westerhall Point, a gated and exclusive peninsula in southeast Grenada. The peninsula is beautifully maintained with lush, tropical gardens surrounding residential housing and has several small beaches and coves which can be accessed on foot.

Westerhall Point provides a fantastic base for those wishing to explore the island. It is situated 25 minutes’ drive from the airport, 20 minutes’ drive from the famous Grande Anse beach and is just a 10 minute drive to the harbors at Grenada Marine and Phare Bleu. A regular bus service operates to/from Grenada’s capital city of St Georges but for full enjoyment of the island, car hire is recommended. We can provide a list of reputable car hire firms on request.

Plenty of space for three couples - three bedrooms each with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. Pool and deck have a view over the sea. Sitting room and dining room also have great views, and have shutters instead of windows. That allows a breeze through the rooms, though also a risk of mosquitoes indoors (not a problem, just take some repellant). Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

This home has beautiful views in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The property manager arranged for a local woman to come to the home to cook a Grenadian supper for us! The home was very clean and comfortable. The hot water for showering is very inconsistent, vacillating from too hot to cold, the only negative we experienced.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Saint Martin Villa over Christmas, couldn’t recommend enough staying here. Plenty of room for all the family and only a short drive for the local supermarkets. We did have a problem with the air-con leaking but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently once we had spoken to Linnette. If you are planning to stay be aware of the mosquitoes there are so many so remember to bring mosquito spray! Apart from the Mosquitos we thoroughly enjoy our stay at Saint Martin Villa.

Island Paradise

St. Martin Villa is located in a beautiful gated community. The views of the bay was stunningly priceless. The villa provided more than enough space for relaxation. The grounds were very well kept. Our host Linnette was amazing and very accommodating. She made sure our stay was memorable. My only recommendations would be to have a deeper cleaning of the bathrooms and hidden spaces such as under the beds, tables etc. And everyone mentioned the beds were very hard/firm. Otherwise, our stay was beautifully perfect! I would definitely book again.

A Slice of Caribbean Living

Our stay here was great. Ms. Linnette, the property manager, was an absolute delight. The housekeeper prepared several meals for us as well and each one was better than the last. Their hospitality made our stay here a good one. The home itself is what I’d call a true Caribbean home - wide open windows to get the cool breeze coming in from the waters. That means outside elements tend to come inside. Since Hurricane Beryl, the island has been inundated with small flying gnats and insects and they were everywhere. While this was outside of the villa’s control, it affected the stay especially in the primary room. Nonetheless, we made great use of the pool and sitting area, taking in the incredible water view and lush landscape surrounding the home. The water pressure wasn’t the best in the shower. They sent a plumber to improve it which helped a little, but it was still rather low. We booked this villa in Westerhall Point for our group of 5 traveling to the island for Spice Mas. Because of the distance, it was not ideal from a cost perspective with transportation getting to and from Spice Mas events. If you’re looking for a space away from it all, Westerhall Point is for you. Great location to reconnect with family away from the hustle and bustle of a typical villa rental. Thank you to Linnette & Rosamund for among our stay in Grenada a fun & memorable one.

Fantastic

We loved our stay at St. Martin's Villa in Westerhall Point. It was a beautiful, well appointed house, with wonderful pool, views, tree frogs, song birds and great location. Be sure to check the lime trees behind the house. Linnette met us at the airport and was incredibly helpful and patient as we stocked up at the IGA. James was very responsive to our questions. All in all, a fantastic place to stay while visiting Grenada.

An Excellent Getaway location!

This property has all the amenities for anyone to be comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, central location and wonderful views. With your own transportation, you can dash out to the supermarket & back within 10 minutes. This property is so uniquely located, you can be in Grand Etang in 30 minutes and the MBIA in 15 minutes. We would certainly be back again.

Lovely family owned home

We loved the house, which is extremely quiet and comfortable with beautiful views across the bay. Air conditioning in every bedroom and comfortable mattresses. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom which we really appreciated. Only problem with cleanliness was that the pool turned green for a couple of days but the lovely Dominic sorted it out. The owner kept in touch and during the holiday, our requests were quickly dealt with. We were provided by Rosamund with a lovely jerk chicken dish , callalloo and rice on our arrival (at our request through the owner). Westerhall Point is a prime location, rather like staying in a botanical garden and very safe and secure. You do need a car. There are some extremely expensive villas on Grenada but you need not hesitate to stay in St Martin’s unless you want A List luxury. A dishwasher would be lovely but there is endless hot water and a good kitchen with all the spices, huge oven, American fridge freezer and kitchen equipment you need. This was a difficult time for Grenada as Covid 19 was breaking out and the Grenadians were very nervous, understandably. We were sad to leave but only fair as they were closing the restaurants, bars and shutting down the border. Very sad to see but we will be back. This was our fifth visit to the Island. Get well Grenada.

Beautiful Villa superbly equipped

This villa exceeded our expectations in all respects, it is superbly equipped and appointed. The pool is an added bonus and there are plenty of chairs and sun loungers to go around. Although we didn’t hire a car as we don’t mind a walk it is a good mile to the bus stop at the end of the point .

Amazing villa with great view

The villa is well kept and furnished with beautiful sea views and a lovely pool. You can access the beach from the villa although it’s a steep up and down so you have to be fairly able but there are many other beaches on the island to choose from. We were well looked after, with Miss Rosamund cleaning the villa and changing beds twice a week. Linette the property manager was very helpful and friendly. The overview of the property is good except the mention of a ‘twin bed studio’ as that actually had a double bed (futon). Luckily this didn’t cause us any problems but just to be aware. The air con was a life saver! We had an amazing holiday and would recommend this villa.

Beautiful neighborhood and view from the pool deck

The master bedroom is beautiful with a deck off it's french doors. 2 large decks - one, the pool area with enough seating to go around and stunning views of the ocean and hills. The other deck has tables and chairs for eating. We had all our meals here sometimes while watching the sunset! Our local house contacts Linette and Zuriel were always available by phone. Zuriel helped us at the airport arriving and leaving by leading us to the property, helping with luggage and being especially warm and friendly. Linette was so helpful with issues that came up and wanted to help in any way she could. Mosquitoes are a headache - must spray often! The best feature is the pool.....We lived in it!

We had an amazing stay at St. Martin!! Linnette and Roseamond are beautiful people and awesome host. They went above and beyond to make sure the property was safe for our little one. The villa is set up for large or small groups with everything you need to make your stay feel like home!! Best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a vrbo. Can't wait to return!!

Linnette was a wonderful host. We lost a prescription and she helped us locate a clinic to get it refilled. She went above and beyond. The place was very clean and it good working order. Views were spectacular. We played in the pool and walked down to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

The potential to be much better.

We stayed for a week in March 2019. It is in a wonderful location, a gated community, with easy access to St George’s and other places. Stunning views and a lovely breeze. It felt that the house hasn’t been open often and although clean... a deep clean would have improved it. The BBQ was horrid and the pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived... it was later in the week and looked so much better. The bedrooms were air conditioned but this wasn’t on when we first arrived and so the right impression wasn’t given. All in all, it was okay, but with a bit of TLC, it could have been so much better.

Relaxing few days

Well equipped villa, we travelled with friends and the bedroom layout gave us privacy with the master bedroom at the far end in a new extension. Linnette was fab, she met us at the airport, asked if we needed any shopping and everything was in the fridge waiting for us, and she booked a taxi for our return to the airport. We travelled around the island on local buses which was fun and ate 2 nights at Spice Island which was a 40 minute walk away. Loved the pool which was surprisingly large and deep. Took advantage of the laundry room. James was fantastic and replied to my many questions. This was the first time we’d used home and away and have been impressed with how accurate the information has been and how smoothly the booking and visit went. A tip would be to hire a car if you are there for more than a few days as taxis not cheap and there is a 20 minute walk to the main road which we enjoyed but less mobile people may not.
