Rural place to stay and 10 min or so from restaurants

We had been traveling for more than 24 hours by the time we got to the rental. Easy to find w your phone map app in a rural area about 10 or 15 minutes from restaurants and Randall's grocery store. We wanted to take a hot shower but only cold water was running. Texted contact and they stated that has been malfunctioning and rebooted and by the next morning we had hot water. The towels in the bathroom was less than desired w coffee or something stains. You need to bring your own soap when taking a shower. We wanted to have coffee in the morning and used the coffee maker which needed to be cleaned and no dish soap to do so property. Beds were comfortable and the "room" are separated w cublcle like walls. The rental is attached to the main house and when the kitchen was being used sounded like we were all right there together. I wouldn't stay here if you wanted complete quite and the night we had to get up at 3am to catch our flight the next day it made it hard to go to sleep.
