Disappointed, Frustrated and Angry
Let me start by saying we didn’t get to stay at this property, I received a call from Mercy at 2:20p on 2/13, 40 minutes before check in. She stated there was a pipe issue and there was no water in the unit. True…..maybe, but I’m not so sure. She offered us another property and sent us a link to review, looked nice and since we flew in from MN and needed a place for our stay we took it. The pictures were accurate, the listing was not. I also booked under VRBO and this listing was under another platform.
This listing stated the property was located in South Lamar, we were not we were located in East Riverside. Our lovely patio view was of the other apartment building with car tires on their balcony.
Stated complimentary snacks on first day-there were none. Living space has a fireplace, board games and Bluetooth sound system, there were none of these. Also stated front and back patios, there was only one. Some of the comments attached to this listing talked about there 2nd floor balcony and great patio with a view.
Door knob to the patio was broke and kept falling off, we let her know on day 1 and she said she would send someone to fix, it was still broke when we left. We had to reach out to her for WiFi info and find out we had to register our phones to an unsecured network, so we didn’t use that, due to jobs and info we have on our phones. There are a number of others I will report to VRBO. Don’t book with her.
