LOCATED AT 60 BERWICK ROAD IN THE HEART OF OGUNQUIT VILLAGE!! This is truly "Your relaxing and comfortable home away from home".Ideally located in the heart of Ogunquit, village center and the beach are a short walk away. Park your car, and walk for the rest of your stay! Cottage comes fully furnished with all essentials such as linens, towels, ad bedding, etc.Laundry on site.

Charming cottage has been completely painted, refurnished and refurbished to provide all comforts of home, and then some. Main living area provides a sunny and cheerful place to relax. Patio area w/ table and chairs w/ grill for your outside dinning pleasure.

Just a few minutes walk in any direction from the cottage will get you to the beach, fantastic restaurants and bars, night-life, lobster boats, whale-watching, the beautiful Ogunquit Playhouse, shopping and ICE CREAM! What could be better?

This is a location that once you've rented, we promise you'll want to rent over and over. Cottage comes complete w/ everything to make your stay comfortable.

The property was in a great location. It was a short walk to everything including a great coffee shop on the corner. We went every morning for great coffee, wonderful muffins and excellent service.

Lovely, convenient cottage

Meticulously cared for and equipped cottage, within steps to “downtown” Ogunquit and a short, lovely walk to the beach. Check out The Greenery for coffee and baked goods at the bottom of the street. Easy walk to Brie and Brine, and Caffe Prego.

Charming cottage in excellent location.

Five minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and an 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Scott and Judy were great hosts with all the amenities needed for a cottage stay near the beach. Great place to stay for a balance of quite cottage get away and cosmopolitan dining and shopping all in one. Major thumbs up!

A lovely get away

Scott and Judy were very helpful and welcoming. The cottage was cute but a little musty, The heater wasn't vented but we didn't have to have it on a long time. We were close to town and the beach so we could walk to any restaurant or shop. It was a nice place to spend a few days.

September stay! We parked our car at the cottage and never got in it again. Close to everything we walked to the beaches shops restaurants entertainment it was great! And Aaron was readily available whenever we had a question. Stay there you’ll love it!!

Awesome beach house in town!

We had such a great time walking to everything - the beach, stores, ice cream, the Marginal Way, the lovely Ogunquit Library - it was a blast! The house was sweet and perfect for our family. Scott and Judy were just lovely to interact with- both mellow and helpful. All in all A plus!

Me, my husband and our 2 year old toddler, had a great experience staying at the cottage. Great location, walking distance to downtown and the beach. Very comfortable amenities at the cottage and tasteful decor. Super comfortable and clean. Judy and Scott are great hosts! With excellent knowledge of the local food scene. "The Greenery", suggested by Scott, has the best breakfast buttermilk pancakes in town, hands-down! Highly recommended stay for your getaway to Ogunquit!!

Aaron and Tricia have been coming to Ogunquit their entire lives. Aaron's Grandparents and parents owned Parsons Post House Inn for 65 years until it was sold in 2010. In 2020 we decided to follow in their foot steps and purchased these properties to host families.
This unique property provides families with the option of staying in an independent cottage or house or rent all 3 for larger family reunions. We outfitted the cottages w/ all of the comforts of home to make your stay w/ us cozy and special.

Your home away from home.You will not want to leave!

We supply all linens for in house use. Please bring your own beach and bath towels. Central A/C and Wifi and we also have beach chairs and a beach cart to walk to the beach. Onsite laundry is also available, w/no upcharge!
