Enjoy the best of Florida living in this cute bungalow beside popular Baldwin Park. The open floor plan with vintage hardwood floors is tastefully decorated and the sofa encourages an afternoon nap with blackout curtains. A cozy sunroom and comfy chair will become your favorite place to enjoy a good book and cup of coffee in the morning. The two bedrooms offer comfy queen size beds and plenty of closet space. An oversize full bathroom with tub/shower has two sinks and a bidet toilet. The laundry room has a new LG washer and LG dryer with a huge window overlooking the fully fenced backyard which your dog will definitely appreciate as they get their exercise chasing squirrels or watching the family of beautiful cardinals. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and all the dishes/utensils you will need to cook up the evening meal. After dinner, take a long walk around the lake with your dog or meet up with new friends at one of the several pubs in Baldwin Park. Close to downtown, the Executive airport, major highways and shopping, the location is ideal for your winter in Florida!
For security and notification purposes, there is a Ring doorbell outside the front door. It's purpose is to send an alert when UPS and/or Amazon leave packages. The camera is disarmed when the home is rented. There is also a security light/camera on the front corner outside the home which sends an alert and turns on a light in the dark if you were to approach the property from the left front of the home. There are no other security cameras on the property.

Comfortable, clean, convenient, great communication. Just perfect! I had a huge event to attend at the convention center and needed a place nearby to relax and rest. The house was perfect, the bed was so comfy, all the amenities were like home and there was great bike path and lake to walk around to relax and unwind. Will be booking again next year if I get to attend the event again.

Perfect place for us during Christmas week. Comfy, clean, well-decorated bungalow on the edge of Baldwin Park. Blocks from Colonial Drive and Hwy436/Semoran, it’s easy to get everywhere. Just a few miles from the shops of Winter Park. And, the Caty Way Trail is merely feet from the house. The beds were comfy. The kitchen has everything we needed. We love Baldwin Park, and walked with our pup down to Baldwin Perk for coffee and breakfast. Lots of nice touches in the home. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Winter Park.

Amazing place

Stayed in the house for 15 days and can say that me and my wife had a good feeling about the place from the start. The house is cozy, the backyard is really nice for the dogs and the response from Krys for everything we needed was amazing, we're happy to have met this wonderful person.

Stayed for 3 months over the winter. Loved it! Host was great and quickly took care of any concerns. Fenced in yard and dog crate were a big plus. Great location as neighbourhood was quiet but also close to everything you could want. Definitely want to do it again

Felt like home!!

This magical little house touched my friends and I during our long weekend get away. It was so nicely decorated (we had fun counting all the mushrooms that the owner collected) and the kitchen was stocked for us with cooking supplies and condiments. This truly felt like home for both my group and my dog. The fenced private backyard was perfect for him and enjoying the mornings in sunny FL. Our host was wonderful and communicative when we had a few questions. The beds were super comfy, and the blankets were so soft!! I'll remember our time there forever. If you're looking for a chill, private house on a quiet street in Orlando this is the place.

Away from the crowds, cheaper and quieter, dog friendly

Our top priority was finding a place to accommodate our dogs AND being close to the parks and out of the way of crowds. THIS WAS The perfect place. Clean, safe, cost efficient. There was plenty of stores and restaurants in a short drive. Easy getting to and from universal and Disney. We felt safe. Background was a plus to allow dogs to roam and enjoy! We appreciated the updates that made the stay cozy and comfortable. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Having nice Wifi and tv set up with Roku. Loved the shower and the new washer and dryer. We’d stay there again for sure! Thank you for having us.

Quick Stay in Baldwin Park

For a short business trip in Baldwin Park and to avoid staying at hotels, this house is the perfect gem if you’re in the area for a quick trip and traveling with a pet. The house comes with a crate (as shown in the picture) which makes it that much more convenient. Very clean with floral scents and decor throughout the house. Everything from sofas to bedding and bathroom is very comfortable. If you can see yourself in the pictures, it will be exactly what you will experience! Finding the house, getting inside and communication with the owner is easy with no inconveniences at all.

Christmas in Florida

This was our first time away from home for Christmas and there were many emotions leaving one family and going to another. As soon as we pulled in I could see some colors on the porch. When we opened the door there was a small Christmas tree set up with lights and all. The house smelled wonderful and was very clean. The backyard was great for our 3 dogs, they loved it! Our family was in Oveido which was about 10 miles from us which made it very convenient.Krys always answered my texts and was very responsive if we needed anything. This is a great bungalow and it was perfect for us. We highly recommend. they loved it.

There were so many things I loved about the Baldwin Bungalow - the location, the fenced in yard, two nice sized bedrooms, a big bathroom, full kitchen, and laundry. What I think I liked most of all, though, was it just felt cozy and 'unfussy'; it felt like a home. The host did not have a long list of rules and the communication and stay were easy breezy. As it should be :) I've already booked my return trip!
I loved the screened in entry way - it was easy to kick off your shoes, and it was just a nice welcoming point to the home with the plants, bench, etc.
My pup loved the fenced in backyard - as you can tell by his smile of approval! :)

We spent two weeks at this lovely home conveniently located within walking distance of the Baldwin Park Village Center and the section of the Cady Way Trail connecting to the Lake Baldwin and Lake Susannah Trail loops. Multiple shopping areas and restaurants are a short drive away. The home was very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable and well-equipped with all the amenities needed to make us feel at home. I especially enjoyed the enclosed front porch and comfy chair where I spent mornings reading.The host, Krys, left a welcoming note and included info about trash pick up, Wifi password, etc. She was easy to contact and responded quickly to a question I had. The check in/out process was smooth.We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Why they chose this property

Baldwin Park area offers many fine restaurants, pubs and shops. It is conducive to bike riding, jogging or walking the dog around the lake. Safe and neighborly!

What makes this property unique

Baldwin Bungalow is a renovated 1952 home with a fenced in oversized backyard. Close to downtown Orlando, it sits between the theme parks and the beach!
The pine wood floors are original, as well as the block and plaster. They sure don't build houses like this any longer! Please do not wear spiked footwear or drag metal objects across the wood floors, as they cannot be repaired/replaced!
This area is called the Lake Susannah Community which includes Baldwin Park. Decades ago, Baldwin Park was site of a US Navy base. The surrounding area was home to many war veterans.
If you are looking to enjoy nature or take a leisurely walk around the lake, take a left onto Beach Blvd and walk behind the small pond which takes you to a trail around Lake Susannah. You will see plenty of nature and also a few million dollar homes during your journey.
Baldwin Park has grocery stores, shops, restaurants and plenty of parks to meet your needs.
The Bungalow, itself, has a "she shed" in the backyard which is currently a "work in progress". I have enlisted the help of my friend's autistic daughter, Andrea. She is definitely a great designer and loves to paint! She insists we are painting the beams bright orange when she comes over again!
I have tried to create a very cozy and warm home for you while you visit Orlando. I would appreciate your consideration of my decor and furniture. The sofa is new and very comfortable...and not intended to withstand dirty paw prints!
I hope you enjoy the peacefulness of the Bungalow and the many things to experience close by!
