About this property

Beautiful log home in most desirable location of Lake Winnipesaukee with gorgeous views of the Ossipee Mountains and Mount Chocorua. First floor includes four queen bedrooms, full bathroom(no tub), family room with beautiful leather furniture, flat screen TV, fireplace and wood floors throughout.
The lower level boasts a second family room complete with another flat screen TV, half bath a large game room showcasing a slate pool table as well as a ping pong table.
An enormous deck overlooks the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains, providing seating for twelve, a large Weber grill and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of the island life. A large patio with a firepit and adirondack chair seating for 8 overlooks the water. Fire permits must be obtained from the Town of Moultonborough FD.
The estate includes 100' of private shorefront as well as a large, 36' deep water dock capable of accommodating boats, jet skis, kayaks and canoes. A ladder at the end of the dock as well as granite steps at the shoreline allows egress from the pristine water. This is a pet friendly home with prior approval and a nominal fee. A number of families have returned year after year to vacation at this special home. Please note: one week minimum stay required(beginning in 2022 we will have a Friday to Friday schedule).

Fantastic location

We loved everything about this property. There are gorgeous views of the lake and the Ossipee Mountain range, yet the area is relatively protected from wind, waves and traffic. The house is a quaint log cabin which is a little cottagey, but exactly what we want for vacation. There is a new bath on the main level which was a nice surprise and the bedding is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is fairly modern and well-equipped. Mark was extremely easy to reach and very accommodating. There were no negatives for us.

Panoramic view of lake and mountains.

Large and comfortable. family loved the deck , dock and swimming platform. On the one rainy day we played pool, ping pong and watched movies in the lower floor family room. 2 thumbs up!
