I started out in Boise but currently live in Reno, NV. I built this house myself in 1984 and completely renovated it in 2002. I know you'll enjoy this house as much as I have!
Why they chose this property
This is a great up-and-coming old neighborhood near the Boise State University campus, state capitol, and the airport. It's a quiet older area with lots of big trees and nice people.
What makes this property unique
This house was completely renovated in 2002. The yard is mature, and we've set the house up as a dedicated short term rental. All appliances and interior are new and ready for use.
