You Deserve A Little Sunshine & A Lot of FUN!
You won't be disappointed with this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, located in Building 12, second floor unit. It has a very comfortable & open floor plan.
A simple but open floor plan makes this a great place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked will all major appliances and all the utensils you will need to make your favorite meals.
This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying the view of the beautiful waterfall pool. The patio, featured with outdoor furniture, is a great place to relax, dine outside, or watch the family swim.
Master bedroom has a KING bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 QUEEN and 2 TWIN beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom as well.
Each bedroom and bathroom are lined with fresh clean linens, fully stocked paper products, soaps/shampoos, and a plentiful amount of towels for all of the guests. There is a washer and dryer for your use and convenience as well. Come & enjoy a quick weekend or holiday with us. Las Palmas is and always will be the best resort in town, with the most pools to choose from!
With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:
- Fitness Centers
- Brand New 32' and 48' Giant Waterslides
- Splash Pad
- And an Indoor Lap Pool, an Outdoor Lap Pool, Slide Pool & Even a Shallow Pool for the Kids!
- 2 Additional Family pools and spas on the opposite end of the resort
- Fun On The Court! Plenty of basketball and pickle-ball courts.
Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

So much in this apartment and the surrounding grounds is cheap and needing maintenance.. It was okay, but definitely lower quality.

We can start with the positives first: we arrived during the week, and basically had the pools at the clubhouse to ourselves as a result. That was nice. Kitchen amenities were sufficient for our needs, beds were comfortable enough. TVs are nice, watching movies to wind down was nice. Negatives: for being nicely updated the carpet had a frayed edge near the front door and a lot of stains. I stepped on the head of a carpet nail that was sticking out. Ow. Pictures online are not accurate. The waterfall pool and hottub that were right next to our building were shut off and completely closed off. All pool time had to be done at the club house. The last one: neighbors. Our building was relatively empty (a plus) that said, anyone else nearby decided that 2-3am on a Tuesday morning was a great time to be loud. Someone either was nail pictures to their wall or doing some kind of repair because it also sounded like someone was taking a file to something...a pipe or whatever. One of my kids reported loud music and talking around 3 am. When we have to get up to hike before it gets too hot, this is frustrating. Thankfully this only happened once during our stay.If it weren't for the fact the place was relatively empty during the week, this could have been a lot worse. But really....it could have been better. Seems like the place is switching ownership, so perhaps we just arrived during a transition period. Maybe make that known, seems like this place was over-hyped online.

It was fun! It did have a slight smell of burnt something I think it had to do with the microwave. There were also ants around the master bathroom and the washing machine didn’t work well.

Pretty good but some issues

Some minor issues, nothing to do with the property owner but the upstairs neighbors were insanely loud, so just be prepared that there isn’t much soundproofing within the building/ we also went out to get in the hot tub at 9pm and it was already off and the water was cold, we then moved to a different hot tub and it was barely warm. Kind of disappointing. The property itself was very comfortable. The beds were quite cozy. Parking was easy, however the elevator was broken which would have been nice for my disabled mother.
