Beach Haven-Spacious 3BR3BA Pet Friendly

Beach Haven is a beautiful, very spacious (over 2,300 SF) pet friendly beach resort home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with a bonus room on the 3rd floor. This home has the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge as your backyard and is a short golf cart ride to the beach. You will always have plenty of room to relax and entertain in the large living room. The fully appointed kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, and a new refrigerator. All of the bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed. 2nd floor laundry with full-size washer & dryer. The third-level loft/bedroom is the perfect hideaway for kids of all ages. A large screened-in porch overlooks the wildlife refuge, and sitting balconies are located off the two second-floor bedrooms. An attached garage provides storage for a vehicle, and golf cart, and beach/bike gear.

Second Floor Master bedroom: King bed (private balcony) with en suite with tub/shower combo
Second Floor Bedroom: King bed (private balcony) with en suite with walk-in shower
Third Floor Loft: 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds)
Garage: extra refrigerator, beach items (boogie boards, beach chairs), plus 3 adult bikes and 2 child bikes.

We’ve stayed at The Martinique many times over the years but this was our first stay at Beach Haven. The house was very clean and organized. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. There is a grill in the outdoor patio area which is very nice. The property is well maintained with great landscaping. This house has a four person golf cart with plenty of beach/pool items in the garage. The middle pool is a short golf cart ride or walk from the house. The Martinique gave me a call midweek to check in to make sure our stay was going well and indicated to call if we had any issues. The security staff was very friendly and made their rounds on a regular basis. We had a great stay and look forward to future vacations at The Martinique.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! We have stayed at Martinque for about 6 years now and this might be my favorite house so far. The kitchen had plenty of things needed for cooking and the rooms were spacious. I love that each room had king size beds. Everything was perfect! The kids loved the area with bunk beds. The house says 8 people can stay there but I feel like it had plenty of room for more than that. Kids or teens can stay in the loft area. That's the only thing I would change is the capacity. We like to take our kids and grandkids and our family is growing.
