Blue Ridge Mountain Retreat - Spacious Apartment Suite

Welcome to Blue Ridge Mountain Retreat!

This retreat is a spacious basement apartment with a private entrance with your own patio. You have access to the entire basement suite that has been fully renovated with a comfortable bedroom, full bath, a small kitchenette, laundry room, a large living room, and a dining room.

The home upstairs is occupied by us and our two goldendoodles (Tooki & Dobby). Although the noise will be minimal, you may hear some walking, pet footsteps or water running.

This space was remodeled in 2023 and is equipped with high-speed internet, a small kitchenette, a walk out patio, a beautiful master bedroom overlooking nature and basic amenities for your stay. This property is adjacent to Blue Ridge Reserve Conservation - so you will see plenty of wildlife on the property. We are also close to various wineries (Fox Meadows-3 miles), and National Parks (Shenandoah National Park Front Royal Entrance-13 miles).

You are welcome to park up to 2 cars at our property over the course of your stay in the designated guest spots. You will find the guest spots marked.

We recommend 4WD during the winter months to access our property on the mountain.

The HVAC is controlled from our home upstairs. The temp is set at 72° in the summer and 68° in the winter. There are extra space heaters available in the bedroom closet.

There are security cameras located on the front door of the house, outside the garage door, and outside of the basement doors for the safety of the guests and residents.
