Anthony, your home was absolutely perfect for our "Girls Gone Wild in Wonderful WV" trip! We are a group of five ladies in our 50s, and the house could not have been a better fit for our getaway. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for all of our plans. One of our dearest friends is a die-hard WVU fan who is currently fighting breast cancer. Attending a WVU game has been on her bucket list for years, and thanks to this trip, her dream finally came true. Having such a wonderful place to stay made the experience even more special and memorable for all of us.We truly appreciated how clean, welcoming, and convenient the home was. It provided the perfect setting for laughter, friendship, and making lifelong memories. Thank you for helping make this meaningful trip one we'll never forget. We highly recommend your home and would gladly stay here again!

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Don't plan on lots of space, pictures are misleading. There is no outdoor sitting area that is usable. The stairs are not accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

This review appears retaliatory and followed multiple requests from the guest for me to cancel the reservation after the cancellation deadline had passed. I declined to cancel without a valid reason and even offered to shorten the reservation as a compromise, which the guest declined.
There were no complaints made during the stay regarding the cleanliness, condition, or accuracy of the home. Instead, the review focuses on the guest’s personal opinion regarding the size of the property and outdoor space. The listing photos accurately represent the home, and I disagree that they are misleading. The stairs are normal, functional stairs and there were no issues with them during the guest’s stay.
It is also disappointing that after pleasant communication throughout the reservation and no concerns being brought to my attention, the guest chose to leave this review and score after checkout. Additionally, furniture was moved and not returned to its original location, and the home was left considerably dirtier than what I consider normal after a stay.
Guests are entitled to their personal preferences, and not every property will be the right fit for every traveler. However, given the circumstances surrounding this reservation, the repeated attempts to have me cancel after the cancellation deadline, and the absence of complaints during the stay, I strongly disagree with this review. I would not host this guest again.
Our host was awesome and very responsive. The house was beautiful and everything was very clean and comfortable. The coffee bar was an added bonus and very much appreciated. So close to downtown and the football stadium. We are definitely looking forward to coming again!
We stayed at this house during our weekend visit for the WVU Open House and really enjoyed our time there. The location is excellent and very close to the WVU downtown campus with just minutes from shopping areas. We especially appreciated how quiet and private the property felt. The home has a nice blend of old and new, with an antique charm complemented by modern décor inside. As big coffee drinkers, we also loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig available. It was a great touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay! Thank you.

Thank you, Nikki. I’m glad you enjoyed the location and the comfort of the home. I also really appreciate the helpful suggestions you shared privately. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime.
We had a great weekend here last weekend. Close to downtown and restaurants. It was also near the trail. The kitchen was fairly sparsely furnished but we were able to make do. The neighborhood was old and seemed a little bit sketchy but I never actually felt unsafe. We will return here again!
My husband and I had a great experience at our stay while visiting WVU. Anthony is a grade A host that goes above and beyond to make your feel completely welcome and comfortable. Communication was amazing and instructions were clear and easy. The house has been newly and completely renovated inside while still maintaining the wonderful rustic feel of a WV neighborhood on the outside. It has all of the amenities that you could possibly need down to the smallest of touches. The location is accessible to all the necessities that may interest you while nestled in a quiet and safe community. If you are looking for a place to stay, I don't think you will find anywhere better. I would highly recommend.

I’m happy you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to hosting you again anytime you’re in the wild and wonderful great state of WV. Thank you!!!
We booked the home for a college tour of WVU.
The house was amazing inside and out. The inside was beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay.
Even a well stocked coffee bar with every coffee, tea, hot chocolate pod imaginable. With four bedrooms and two full baths, the home is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The beds are incredibly comfortable.
My son loved the bunk bed room with the big TV. Perfect for kids.
The outdoor space is great too. A brand new deck on the front and covered patio on the back. Wish we had better weather, we would have spent more time outside.
Close to the WVU campus and nearby shopping and restaurants.
The owner was very responsive and will provide recommendations for restaurants and activities.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Will definitely book here again when back in Morgantown.
