Fully furnished 3 bed, 2 full bath cottage is nestled right next to the Assawoman canal and less then a mile from Bethany Beach Boardwalk area. A cozy community with private parking that can hold up to 4 cars on site. Easy access to the canal for wake free kayaking and paddle boarding, or a short nature walk along the banks of the canal with family. The quiet community has free roaming geese in the community pond, and seating surrounding the area for picnics or fishing. The cottage has a front facing screened in porch for morning coffees or a relaxing evening.

The first floor offers an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with expandable table and chairs, TV, walk in pantry, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The 1st. Floor also offers the main bedroom with comfy King sized bed, large walk in closet and full size bathroom with walk in shower.

The second floor has two large bedrooms each with walk in closets. One bedroom has 2 Queen sized beds along with a TV and 2 dressers. The additional bedroom offers 1 Queen sized bed, 2 dressers, and a rocking chair for reading or relaxing. 1 Large Bathroom with Tub/Shower is shared in the hallway.

The screened in porch offers a love seat, 2 chairs, and a small table and chairs for a out door bug free dining experience. Under the house hosts an outside shower to rinse the days sand away, and a solid surface picnic table for outdoor dining.

The Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric stove top/oven, coffee maker with filters included. All cabinets are stocked with utensils, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, wine glasses and anything else to enjoy some home comforts.

Provided for our guests are; WiFi, beach towels, shower towels, sheets, trash bags, cleaning supplies, detergent for laundry and dishwasher, paper towels and toilet paper.

Additional features include, 2 Twin sized blow up mattresses, and keypad access so no need to worry about the key!

A short cycle to the boardwalk of downtown Bethany Beach with all the amenities at hand. The Beach is just a five minute drive down the road, Bahamas Beach Cottages is ideally tucked away, making for a relaxing quiet stay, while being close to the beach.
