Welcome to The Swanky Pelican-our beautiful pool home in Cape Coral on a fresh water canal. Three bedrooms and two full baths make this home the perfect getaway retreat!

The Space

Come take a dip in the refreshing heated pool, take a nap on the outdoor sofa or sit and relax with your drink of choice as the children swim. It's your vacation, you choose!

The inside of the home is beautifully decorated featuring comfortable furniture with a modern Florida feel.

The master bedroom suite boasts a comfortable king size bed, television and beautiful bathroom with ample storage space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with television and finally, the third bedroom has two bunk beds and a television.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender a margarita maker and more! In addition, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The living room is comfortably furnished with an electric fireplace and large TV to watch your favorite shows or just space to unwind with family and friends. For your convenience, there is an office/den with a desk, a love seat and a TV.

The garage has been transformed into a fun game room, featuring a ping pong table and a dartboard for hours of entertainment. Whether you're rallying with friends or challenging the kids to a friendly game, this space adds an exciting element to your vacation experience. Enjoy laughter and friendly competition in this great spot!

Location

This home is just minutes from The Courts Cape Coral (pickleball), SunSplash Family Waterpark, and Tropical Breeze Fun Park — with Sanibel Island about 30 minutes away and Fort Myers Beach about 20 minutes.

Guest Access

Guests are given a key code to enter the home. Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of a locked owner's closet.

Other Things to Note

- All doors located from the house into the pool area are equipped with alarms for your safety. Please make sure they are in the 'on' position and are operational.

- Quiet time is between 10 PM - 7 AM.

- Pet fee is $20 per day with a one-pet limit.

- All pets must be crated when left alone.

- The pool is heated to 85 degrees. We understand each guest may have different preferences for pool temperature. If you would like the pool to be heated above 85 degrees, there will be a daily charge of $20. Please let us know if you'd like the pool temperature raised for your stay.

- This home is child friendly but not childproof.

- Guests are not allowed to received mail at this address.

- This is a no-smoking home.
