Parking Requirement:

The HOA at Sea Oats requires all guests to complete a Rental Information Form prior to arrival to issue parking passes. This helps ensure parking is reserved for residents and guests only.

Guests will receive two parking passes in the unit for use during their stay. After booking, you will be asked to provide basic information, including guest names and vehicle details (up to 2 vehicles).

Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property or its furnishings during their stay. Please report any accidents or damages to the host as soon as possible so repairs can be arranged promptly. The cost of repair or replacement for any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the payment method on file in accordance with Vrbo’s policies.

Good communication

The condo was lovely and tastefully decorated and clean. We did have a problem with noise however but the owner did not know that this going to be happening during our stay. It was resolved and we were reemburesed and luckily able to find something suitable in the same area.

This condo was wonderful. It is decorated beautifully and very comfortable, especially the furniture and the beds. It is located 100 steps to the ocean and 50 steps to a great mechanically heated pool not solar heated. We rented the month of March. Within four blocks, there are restaurants, Ron Jon’s, Starbucks Coffee, Winn-Dixie Grocery, two Pharmacies, Bealls, and an Urgent Care. The owner is great and answers any questions right away. We liked this condo so much that we are renting it again for a month next year. A perfect rental in a perfect location.
