WELCOME TO PARADISE. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath air conditioned home sleeps 8 adults + children. It is 300 yards from Tiger Tail beach. It has it's own private pickle ball, tennis, bocce, basketball, and shuffleboard courts. The oversized, screened in lanai has a heated pool, heated spa & summer kitchen. 12 ft. high hedges provide complete privacy. Additional features include a dining area, sleeper sofa and great room with entertainment center, (large flat screen smart TV) & lanai, and well equipped newly renovated kitchen.

All bedrooms have an overhead light with 3 speed fans, flat screen TVs. The den is equipped with a high speed internet connection and the spacious master suite has been completely refurnished.

There is a pool alarm in place for your safety. All sporting equipment (bikes, tennis rackets, basketball, four sets of golf clubs, bocce, pickle ball and shuffleboard equipment, life preservers and pool toys) are included and the laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

We've tried to think of everything to make this home ideally suited for a perfect family vacation or to share with friends, including access to a local property manager to address any problems that may arise.

Beautiful Home

The house is perfect for a large group. The pool and recreational amenities were very nice as well. The beach access for the island overall is not the greatest, but the house is close to Tigertail Beach access. Any items you would need in the kitchen and for a comfortable stay are provided which makes it really nice. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home for an active family experience. Close to the gulf beach. After an active day on the beach it's so nice to come home to the quiet of the private lanai to relax or soak in the hot tub or enjoy a game of tennis. Nice outdoor eating space. Our family had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home with all the amenities. we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time paying basketball/tennis and shuffleboard right in the backyard. we did so many activities without leaving the house. We will be booking again in the future. This is a a great property for a large familiy. Tim and Gerri have truly thought of everything. Also communicating was very easy and all instructions for the home are posted and easy to follow. The location of the home is within easy access to everything on the island. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Rental

We had a great time at this property. This property has it all! The house is in great shape, and has wonderful outdoor spaces. The house is very well equipped - including all kinds of sports equipment for the kids, bikes for the ride to the beach, and a very functional kitchen for preparing big meals for the family. We spent hours sitting by the pool while the kids played tennis and basketball outside. It was an easy walk to the beach and we found tons of beautiful shells. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. We'll be back!

The property is one of the best we have rented in Florida. We were there 10 days and it included over Thanksgiving. House and property were in excellent condition, there was everything in the kitchen we could have needed. Including such incidentals as paper plates, spices, paper towels, etc. That is a real bonus for us, since we cook-we didnt have to buy a box of sugar just cuz we needed two tablespoons! Garage was full of bikes, coolers, tennis rackets, and even a high chair. The Sullivans were very easy and agreeable to work with, they obviously think highly of their home and it shows in their care of it. There were about 10 houses rented on the island because of a family wedding, and although we weren't on water, the backyard certainly made up for it. Our house was voted the best! The layout is very family friendly, it feels open, and we all enjoyed it. the property manager was responsive, as were the Sullivans, it made our vacation very relaxing. Gerri recommended the pontoon boat as an excursion and it was a highlight of our trip-we went off of Isle of Capri and there were 33 of us-all ages-from 3 years to 88! three boats of people, all of whom had a wonderful time.

Communication with owner at the start was great. We ended up having an issue with the pool and the owner had someone come out right away. We also had a bigger issue with ants, and that too was communicated to the owner and an exterminator came out. Pool/spa area is nice, and the tennis/pickleball court was awesome for the kiddos and adults. There was an ample amount of sporting goods conveniently located to courts. Couple downfalls for families: a lot of cleaning supplies in many locations that are easily accessible to little kids. Recommendations made to move them to one location, preferably cabinets in the laundry room, for children’s safety and easy access for adults. Although the exterminator came out to get rid of the ants, there might be a bigger issue than what a few drops of poison could remedy. Maybe a good spraying inside and out and/or looking into another exterminator. Overall, with some TLC, this could be a great property for families! Needs an overhaul on supplies and cleaning cupboards and drawers.

Home Run!!

Check in was very easy…Home owners were easy to contact if necessay. Beautiful home (extremely clean) and location with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen which was fantastic with a larger than life island in the open kitchen area was great for the whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped for all your needs including spices for use upon our arrival. Family which includes three very active adult boys loved all the sporting activities on the property.

Property was top notch. Owner support was on point.Distance to beach was a little further than we expected. Travelling with 3 small kids made the distance from parking lot to the beach difficult.The pool at the house was where we spent most of our time.The house was very well equipped and allowed for us to be self sufficient.

Perfect Marco Location

We loved the house and how close it was for walking to Tigertail Beach. The house was great for our family with the pool, pickleball court, bocce court and shuffleboard. We played game after game on all of them. The hosts were great and quickly helped with anything we needed.

Marco Island vacation

We enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable and had everything you need, but the true star was the outdoors. The pool was a perfect temperature. The tennis court and shuffleboard were a delight! It was like having our own private park.

Lovely house

The Sullivans have gone out of their way to make this a comfortable property for larger family groups. We had 3 generations in our party, from toddlers to grandparents and everyone was comfortable in the space. The lanai and pool area is large and well furnished and makes for a nice outdoor space for gathering, grilling, swimming and relaxing. The outdoor areas for sports are an unusual and great arrangement. The location is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The only issue we had was that there is a house being constructed next door so 3 days of our stay were marred by the noise of power tools and workmen from 8am to noon. The Sullivans clearly have no control over this situation, but it was very noisy. They offered apologies and some compensation for the inconvenience, but we would have preferred to have been apprised of the situation in advance in order to make an informed decision. Again, the property itself is comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Hopefully, the noisy stages of construction will be completed soon.

Staying here was a dream. So much room. Pool to ourselves. Beach supplies at the ready. Location near the best food, beaches and excursions. We never drove more than 45 minutes and most days less than 10. All of us fell in love with Marco, the Everglades and the Gulf.

We recently rented the home from the previous owner and fell in love with the privacy and location. Our grandchildren were constantly busy with the various athletic activities (tennis and basketball) and this convinced us to purchase the home in May, 2011. We have made significant improvements to create a second home of the highest standards for us and for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We rented this home in March of 2011. We found it was the perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren because of the ample sports activities (tennis,basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, swimming and biking). Having the qualities of a private relaxing location while being close to many activities in Naples. It's close proximity to Tigertail beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boat rentals and water sport rentals, etc and the privacy provided by a 12 ' hedge that completely surrounds the property makes this the ideal location in Marco Island.

What makes this property unique

Short 5 minute walk (300 yards) to Tigertail beach. New house (built in 2004) has a private sports facility with
tennis, bocce, basketball courts and shuffleboard. House is within one mile from grocery stores,
pharmacy and restaurants.
