First unit includes full kitchen, large dining room, living room with lors of natural lights, full bathroom, one bedroom with 2 queen beds and private patio.

In 2005, we moved away from Aylmer to pursue a law enforcement career. We lived in several cities in Manitoba for 7 years which gave us the opportunity to experience the real estate market in other areas. We are grateful for the knowledge and experience gained from our postings.

Since our return home, we have grown our family with 2 beautiful children. We have Liam who is 10 years old and Emma who is 9 years old. They sure keep us on our toes with their many sporting activities!

I have been a real estate agent for the past 8 years and have had to adjust to market cycles and learnt when and how to be proactive in the real estate world. From the beginning of my career, I have won many awards from recruit of the year, to a triple gold award last year. I have learnt a lot during this journey, and can now offer this knowledge and experience.

Also, being a property manager for our own properties has helped us grow our portfolio experience to the point where we can now share our abilities and help others.
