The Kensington is a retro-styled complex ideally located just off the Charlotte Pike and Sylvan Park corridors. It's an incredibly convenient spot and an easy walk from Vanderbilt University, Centennial Park, and great dining and shopping in Midtown and Hillsboro Village. Within a two-mile stroll, bike ride, or drive, you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown, The Gulch, Music Row, Bicentennial Park, or Bridgestone Arena. Some of Nashville's most famous music venues - Marathon Music Works (one mile), Ryman Auditorium (two miles), Ascend Amphitheater (four miles), and the Grand Ole Opry (12 miles) - are close by as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
