Cute apartment near Vanderbilt University

Very nice, older but clean apartment right near Vanderbilt University. Easy access to a lot of things. Towels and sheets could have been a little cleaner.

too techy

if you are a person with limited knowledge on smart device crap, I would not stay at a place like this. The main thing is the TV doesnt work unless you download apps and go through all the craziness and waste a ton of time. very frustrating. its on a very busy road and that wasnt a big deal but instead of having a blue ray or some sort of cable tv, even having the antenna for basic channels. makes it very difficult on a rainy day when you have a record player but not even basic tv. I found it very odd the place had a record player but not a dvd or blue ray player. These guys should not be in the vrbo business because it only tailors to one type of person and if you arent that person there is no support to help you through anything.

Vanderbilt rental

Clean property near Vanderbilt campus. Only criticisms were that the beds weren’t super comfortable, TV did not work and never got a response from the host when I asked about that. Overall, not bad for the price.

Hotel like experience. Firm king size bed, no fans, not comfortable sleeping arrangements. Limited parking. After booking on Vrbo you also have to provide identity verification through Sonder app.

Great spot!

This location was great. A long walk or easy ride to broadway and other great attractions. We had an issue with the fire alarm being low on batteries and constantly beeping, and it was difficult to get this fixed through the host. Overall it was a great stay and great property.
