Not quite as expected
Listing shows 1 bath plus half bath. There is one tiny bathroom. No half bath. The sink is very tiny and not suitable to wash your face or water goes everywhere. There is no place to sit toiletries.
The bedroom doors don’t latch and one had to be held closed with a chair.
Listing says it is a secure gated community with a private parking space and additional parking. The gate does not lock therefore not secure. There is no private or assigned parking. There are five spots that are first come first serve. The neighborhood isn’t the best with business using bars and security devices in parking lots.
The listing mentions a patio and courtyard. No patio. And astroturf that is interesting.
The listing shows washer and dryer. They are not in the unit. They are downstairs in another unit and pay per use. There is no information provided. We stumbled upon them.
Communication with owner is ok. He responds but his response changed when I asked about where to park. First it was one assigned spot per unit. When I could not find said parking his response changed to the first come spots.
About a 10 minute ride to downtown Broadway. Uber fares varied from $15 to $50 depending on time of day.
If you can get it for cheap then it may be worth it.
